The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this product. For a week, it operated as we wanted to it, save a couple of jolts in the beginning which eventually smoothed out. Unfortunately, soon after that, a consistent noise started happening while the tree was in motion and it has progressively increased in volume to where it is now in the video. It's actually now so loud that it's picked up on the audio during Zoom meetings and so I've had to stop the rotation altogether. I've tried reaching out to Elf Logic several times and no one has gotten back to me regarding this issue. I was really excited about this product prior to setting up our tree and now that we've had it for two weeks, it's been a huge disappointment. For the amount it cost and the unresponsive customer service, I definitely do not recommend buying this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It works perfectly as described, and looks beautiful in action!!! Only thing is that the tree trunk must be at least a 4” diameter to be able to catch all the screws on the base plate. Just something to be aware of. Possibly they could add a second set of holes on the base plate for trees with a small than 4” trunk diameter. ... show more

I’m writing this review one year after purchase. Do not buy this stand. Avoid the cost and frustration of this stand. It takes longer to get your tree in the stand, if it’s not perfectly seated it will pop around as it spins. Plus, one year later the thing doesn’t work. No help on a warranty. You’re just out 200 bucks. I’ve curse more this afternoon trying to get this thing to work than I have all year...and this is 2020. ... show more

No power when it was set up. REMOTE CONTROL DID NOT WORK. A list of my frustrations with this product: 1. Took too long to set up. 2. Instructions were not clear. 3. the unit arrived and I had to replace the battery to get the remote to function. The stand did not rotate smoothly, was jerky and make a loud thumping noise.

This tree revolver worked fine last Christmas. Creating quite a magical tree on display going round and around! While this year, its making a weird noise and stopping randomly. I am using the same ornaments from last year. I did not make any changes. After contacting the manufacturer to see if a replacement was an option. To get a generic reply. Saying oh the stand will make noise but it will go away after some time. This is completely False. The stand did not make any noise last year.
