I got these March 2024 because I'm working out a lot with weight bars lately and my metal ring was becoming uncomfortable. I wasn't sure my size, current ring is 19.3mm diameter and my knuckle is 18.8. I ordered a size 9 and it's perfectly snug. Doesn't squeeze my finger and easily able to stretch over the knuckle. The package that they come in says they'll even send you a new size free if yours dont fit for some reason. No more clinking and pinching while I workout. As long as these hold up they appear to be a great value. If I have any issues I'll be sure to update here.

I recommend you size down by half a size. The multiple colors make it very versatile, and the quality is exceptional. My husband was very happy with the fit and size ! We also do a lot of water sports and the performance of the band was great. It never slipped off and is easy to put on and thick. Looks super sharp.
