I had been shopping around for gap fillers and was going to purchase some cheaper ones but after reading reviews I figured I might as well buy the real deal & it was soooo worth it!     • Great product, but some things to consider…

This was super easy to install and will prevent a lot of issues I have experienced in the past. I once dropped my car keys upon arriving at my destination and they were impossible to retrieve after falling into that crevice. I literally spent almost an hour frantically trying to find them and put out my back doing the contortion required to get my arm under there. Another time, I was in the passenger side applying eyeliner on the way to our destination. To this day, my overpriced Stila pencil has yet to be recovered. 🙃 I am looking forward to not encountering those types of issues again. That said…I mount my phone to the left of the steering wheel and am more prone to losing my phone on the side closest to the door. This didn’t even occur to me until after installing this product. This is obviously not the fault of the product, but now I need to find some way to either mount my phone on the right side (very hard the way my 2014 2.5i Subaru Outback interior is designed) and/or jerry rig some solution to block that area to the left of the seat. This product will still greatly reduce some issues I have experienced. It also came with some nice bonuses - a little credit card sized flashlight and a little washable sticky mat to hold items in place. It can keep my phone in place in other locations like the top of my center console or the small space in front of my clock, but no placement of this item will allow any visibility of the GPS, simply because of the interior design of my car. Again, not the product’s fault. I don’t regret buying this, but I also wish I had considered that it won’t help prevent a big issue I was hoping to solve. Had I fully thought things through, I may have tried harder to find some alternative GPS solution first. I hate the vent clip holder I currently have, but thus far it has been the only “good” option. ... show more

Having seen this product featured on Shark Tank long ago, I've always been intrigued by the idea of Drop Stops. Let me tell you, they absolutely live up to the hype! I have a bad habit of dropping my phone between the seat and the armrest console, which can be incredibly frustrating to retrieve, especially with my big hands. However, with Drop Stops in place, that frustration is a thing of the past. Installation is a breeze. I simply looped the seatbelt latch through the Drop Stop hole, and when it's time to insert the Drop Stop between the seat and the console, I just stretch it out to make it thin, slide it into place, and release. It fattens up and fits snugly, effectively stopping crumbs and debris from falling into that annoying gap. I can't stress enough how much I love this product. It's simple yet incredibly effective, making my driving experience much more enjoyable. If you're tired of losing small items or dealing with crumbs between your car seats, do yourself a favor and get Drop Stops. I love it, I love it, I love it! ... show more

    • Serves its' Purpose... But Is a Toss Up.
The Drop Stop is a quality gap filler, compared to others that I've seen on Amazon. Upon initial receipt of the product, you can the manufacturers put some thought into this gap filler. This gap filler is easy to install and the directions are pretty straight forward. If I recall correctly, there is a small pamphlet in the box with illustrations on it to assist you with the installation process. I am unable to site the exact material of this product, but its is almost like a polyester, which makes it easily mobile if you are trying to adjust your vehicles seats. It allows you to do so without damaging your cars interior if you do decide to move your seats forward and backward. It may make some noise as the friction builds between the product and the vehicles interior, but nothing to worry yourself about. So far the Drop Stop has proven itself extremely useful in preventing items from falling through the tight gap or crevice (I refer to it as the abyss). It has prevent items from slipping out of my pocket, food from falling, and other distracting items that may fall while you are driving so that you are prevented from taking your eyes off the road, without the worry of having to dig through your vehicle later to find. As it states in the description, the Drop Stop comes with two gap-fillers (driver & passenger), a small yet convenient flashlight, that's about the size of a credit card, and "slide-free" pad that you may use in your vehicle to hold your phone in place (I have not tested that out quite yet). Overall, I think this is an amazing product and the manufacturer did an awesome job. However, the product is offered at a hefty price ($25). If you have it in your budget, I say go for it, as it really is a quality product. Though, you may want to keep looking if this device is over-priced for you, as everyones' financial situation is different. I suggest keeping an eye out for potential deals on this item.     • Time Saver & Great Gift!!
I just got a 4-Runner and it’s so tight between the center console and the seat and if anything fell it almost impossible to get it. You’d literally have to squeeze and dig for whatever it is. Thankfully those days are over! I also got some for my husbands truck, GREAT GIFT! Get yourself one! It even came with a handy non slip pad & a slim light to keep in the car!
