This vacuum is well worth the money. I did a test run the day I received it, and it managed to get all the dust/hair etc easily. Look how much dirt I collected that time (I actually just ran my vacuum robot 3 days before this)! The experience is so pleasant - very quiet, it moves smoothly on the floor, and no more dragging the heavy bulky vacuum and its wires across the house anymore! And I was able to vacuum the whole house (1700 sqft) within 15 mins. The battery life is great too. I fully charged the vacuum before the test run, and set it on normal/eco for 50/50. Still got 73% left when I was done. Also worth to mention, suction on even the eco mode is strong enough to get spider webs down. I've been using it on a daily basis and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

    • stopped working after 3 months
Smart multi brush bar stopped working after 3 months.. thats the beater bar that spins...You cannot get a replacement for this sweeper anywhere, as I have tried....I can't believe that Amazon sells this product without some replacements, but none to be found....Tried calling the company as there was a number, but the number is bogus.....As far a returning this item, it had expired, just when the sweeper stopped working..and trust me this sweeper wasn"t cheap...Over $200.00 ..I have purschased a new sweeper, but not with Amazon.....I am not a happy camper...... ... show more

    • Brush head won’t work
Brush head stopped spinning after 45 days of once a week use. I need help getting a replacement head as I contacted the after sales support of the manufacture and they suggest I contact the distributor. I can’t find a way to contact the seller. I would like to get a replacement brush head as we love the vacuum when it was working. I will change this review after this issue is resolved ... show more

I am a bit of a vacuum nut and rather obsessed with clean floors. I vacuum daily and many times twice around the kitchen areas hard wood floors. When you have a child who eats crackers without any dedication to getting them in their mouth - I find it necessary. First - lets get this out of the way. This is by far the best vacuum I have ever used - and I have had them all. So if you just want to know if its good - the answer is absolutely yes. Let me tell you why.... SUCTION: This is why you buy a vacuum. When comparing to my Dyson - the difference is substantial. The DreameTech T20 has superior suction. Its frankly not even close. On the "turbo" setting - you can feel it pulling on the floor. The Dyson, while still a nice vacuum - does not. BATTERY LIFE: This is where I was absolutely blown away. Normally with my Dyson, if I used Turbo mode - it lasts about 7-8 minutes. I like to use the Turbo setting for getting all the crumbs off the floors easily. I only do that for my "spot" cleaning. If I want to do the entire house - you simply have to use the "normal" setting on the Dyson - and that only gets me the first floor done. Then I tried the DreameTech T20. The T20 has 3 modes. Eco, Normal and a "Turbo" setting. I started on the "Normal" setting and was able to do the entire upstairs. I looked down at the battery level and though for sure I would have to go charge it..... nope.... its at 65%. I was then able to complete the entire rest of the house and STILL had just under 20% battery left. There is no question - the battery on the DreameTech is the best I have seen for having this much power. The head of the vacuum just stays clean, no matter what I am picking up. I live with two girls with long hair. My wife and daughter's hair is always getting tangled up in my Dyson for frequent need to clean. The DreameTech seems to keep itself from any hair tangles with its design. FEATURES: My hands down favorite feature of this T20 is its ability to automatically sense carpet vs hard floors. When you move over carpet, the vacuum automatically boosts its suction. When you return back to hard floors, it returns to normal. Its amazing. The other great feature is this "lock" mode you can use. Simply push the lock button and now you don't have to keep the trigger pulled. Very comfortable. FIT AND FINISH: I only took a chance on this vacuum because I had read they were going after making a much better vacuum than any other for less money. I figured with Amazon - I can simply return it if I did not like it. When I got it, its pretty clear with the packaging they are going after Dyson. The look of the packaging screams Dyson. Even the font of the lettering is similar. You would almost think you are opening a Dyson product. The build quality is excellent. Top quality material and a feel that screams high-end. No doubt, they did not cut corners on anything. Its a very high-end feeling product. ACCESSORIES: Dyson charges extra for many of their accessories. This comes with it all. The small furniture tool is spectacular. You can easily use this as a small hand-held for getting into small spaces or cleaning furniture. The charging base was simple to install. WHAT DID I NOT LIKE: The ONLY thing I did not like was the power cord to the docking station. On the Dyson, the power cord routs behind it and kind of "hides" the cable. Its a nice feature. On the DreameTech, you plug the power cord into the side of the docking station, so you see more of the cord. I am a bit of a nut for hiding cables - but this is literally the only thing I was negative about. If you have made it this far in my review - let me tell you - just get it. This is by far the best stick vacuum I have ever used, and I have gone through them all. ... show more

    • Great until roller head stopped spinning after 3 weeks
This vacuum had a lot of potential to be great. The battery life was excellent, the vacuum design was quite sleek, and the touch screen was helpful and responsive. However, like many other reviewers said, after three weeks the roller head stopped spinning if the head was slightly turned/angled to the right. At first it didn’t do this, and the vacuum worked quite well on my hardwood floors. It was powerful enough where I only needed the eco setting for it to clean up my floors (including my golden retriever’s dog hairs). The vacuum was very quiet compared to Dyson cordless vacuums. The battery life was great. It had enough juice for me to vacuum my entire sectional (using the mini roller head), then still vacuum my entire 1600 sq ft apartment. The vacuum was easy to empty and clean. It didn’t take too long to charge compared to other vacuums. But the unfortunate defect where the roller head stops spinning really makes the vacuum unusable for its intended purpose. Thankfully I was within the 30 return window from Amazon because the company does not have responsive customer service infrastructure/contact information and I would have been out of luck. For the price I expected a lot more than 3 weeks worth of use. Had the vacuum not had this design flaw, it would have been a solid vacuum worth the price. Hopefully this gets fixed! ... show more

Came across this product in kickstarter / Indiegogo and waited to become available in Amazon. Suction is good. Noise levels are bearable. Battery is replaceable and dual chargeable which is good. Dust collector is also removable. Leaving four star as with single battery, it lasts only for 20 - 25 minutes turbo mode for me and the box comes up with one battery only. I will probably buy additionally battery and swap it once its sold separately in Amazon. I bought this during black friday deal and at 250 odd bucks, very good value for money. ... show more
