They are as comfortable as they look! Very pleased. I was skeptical about ordering unseen, but "Try Before You Buy" meant no regrets. Very comfortable. True fit sizing. They're Dockers, so not really designed for "arch support". Still very comfortable after wearing all day.

My shoes were delivered today (July 17, 2023). So far, I noticed that the length (shoe size) is correct but the width is not as wide as I would expect (I ordered the "9 wide", and my usual shoe size is 9D USA) . Based on this pair of shoes only, I would call the width a USA "D" at most, maybe a "C". They are not "E" and certainly not "EE". I double checked the labels on the shoes themselves and they show "9wide". Otherwise, the shoes are as expected. The width feels a little too narrow for my feet, so I am hoping the leather will loosen slightly with normal wear. July 20th update - After three days, the leather has loosened some and the shoes no longer feel “too narrow”. The width is comfortable now. ... show more
