I'm 5'7", 205-210 depending on the day. I wear 2XL top & XL bottoms because of how I am built. I have five sets so I wash one load of just scrubs in detergent and laundry disinfectant weekly and these will last me 1-2 years. These are the only brand I've found to last that long. Fits weird. The arm fits well but the torso are was weird fitting. I ordered XS which I usually wear. After some laundry, it started to fit better but never the same tight. (I have ither dickies scrubs which are XS. This one fits diff)

This is a very thick material which I can't wear year around. I would suggest this top for the cold days. There is absolutely no stretch to this top which makes it uncomfortable while working.
