  • Pictures do it no justice. I noticed immediately the high quality and craftsmanship. Very happy
Color: Jet Black/Jet Black + MT02 Multi-Tool
I could tell immediately the high quality and craftsmanship. I'm extremely pleased with this product overall. So much in fact I'm considering purchasing another one in another color. Pictured alongside a sandwich bag to give a better idea of just how small, compact, and easy to carry it really is. I'd have shown the picture of it in my pocket, but you can't see it anyway. So there's that. Awesome to know it's made in The USA too. Hats off to everyone at their company. Feel confident in purchasing from them. 5/5 rating 👍👍👍👍👍 ... show more

  • I am resistant to change-
Color: Brown Rawhide/Raw Aluminum
And I carried a leather wallet for over 50 years. Didn’t think I was going to like this but wow! A third as thick as what I used to carry and eliminated that lump on my thigh when sitting. Easy to get cards out as needed.

  • Cool product, but WAAAY too expensive
Color: Jet Black/Jet Black + MT02 Multi-Tool
I got this 1/2 out of want, 1/2 out of nostalgia. I've tried going minimalist before and never worked out. Clips never too big, some were actually magnetic if you can believe that, etc. I settled on a bi-fold leather wallet and by chance ran across ads for another minimalist wallet. I started doing my research and found this one. I really like the design. Actually I love the design. Yes it's corny that vendors need to call anything with a modicum of outdoorsy functionality "tactical" and paint it black, but it looks good. I really wanted the multi-tool. Kind of wish it was more functional, maybe mini scissors, but I think I'll get my money's worth over the standard Dango with the kinda-sharp edge you can use to open bags and the can opener. Wallet is solid and feels great and ergonomic in your hand. I think this is a much better option than the super minimal wallets out there that are just big enough for a credit card. That's way too small unless all you walk around with is 3-4 credit cards. No elastic on this unit. Just the silicone strap which feels solid and I hope will last a long time. It also made me seriously rethink all the crap I carry around in my wallet. Combined with my Garmin watch that I can use for over-the-air payments, I reduced my everyday cards to: * driver's license * 1 credit card * 1 debit card * AAA card * 3 health insurance cards (some paper) That all fits well enough in the wallet and probably reduced what I carry about 2/3rds: * Don't need my health savings account card; its on my wallet. I'll bring it when necessary and drug stores do over-the-air pay * Only carry gift cards on demand * no plastic carrier for the hunting license * Put my discount cards on my keyring * Use the insurance phone app for my insurance cards Sounds counter-intuitive, but I also use a money clip. This is because I rarely use/need cash so I'd rather carry it separately when necessary not every day. You can fit money under the strap though, but that feels like a hassle. Now, what didn't I like: * COST. This is WAY too expensive for what you're getting. I think a reasonable price point is 1/3 this price. I got it as a novelty and no way the average person is shelling this much out to streamline their pocket bulk. If this was that much cheaper, I'd probably gift out several of these. * Back plate pocket too small. As stated I probably only have the multi-tool and about 3-4 cards worth of bulk on the back plate side of the wallet. Yes, you CAN fit more cards in that area, but once you get over about 2-3 + tool, the back plate is raised so much that it's "floating and no longer secured by the frame of the wallet. Just the strap which is more than secure enough, but it feels flaky, especially at this price point. * Inner front pocket too stiff. On the leather side, the inner pocket is hare to access. All I have in there is my thin driver's license and it's hard to fish out. Maybe one of the non-leather materials is slicker and thinner; don't know. * Already mentioned the multi-tool could use a little more functionality. One or two more useful tools, don't ask me what. But the Dango version is a little weak. However, I'm still good with having something with this form factor to carry around. There's just nothing to justify the price on it. Cool wallet, nifty conversation piece, but too expensive and not for a person who's too set in their ways to part with their trusty tri- or bi-fold. ... show more

  • Pricy wallet of questionable function
Color: Black DTEX/Desert Sand + MT02 Multi-Tool...
TL;DR: It looks cool, multi-tool is too big, 4 stars for build quality and cool factor, but it's really not a practical wallet. Pros: Interesting and unique look, especially out in the mid-west where nobody sees stuff like this. Multi-tool has interesting features Compact, lightweight, and durable build. Barely notice I have it on me. Cons: Multi-tool, while interesting is very bulky. It was a selling point for me on this wallet, but I simply cannot keep it in the wallet along with any reasonable number of cards. Basically, you either have a pocket multi-tool in a case, or you have a wallet with cards in it. Difficult to withdraw specific cards. If you have more than three in there, you're going to be playing go fish a lot when you're looking for one in particular as others have said. The 'envelope' on the more expensive version is questionably useful. I don't trust it to retain anything important, particularly the larger outside one. So, not sure what I'll use it for, and has kinda left me wondering why I didn't save a few dollars and get the cheaper version. ... show more
