This set is an immediate favorite of mine and my brother's! I bought this as a gift and my brother most definitely adores this set! The bullet dice are large and quite heavy. They roll fairly well despite their size and they have just enough detail. I love the addition of the bullet holder albeit I'm not bot quite sure if it'll ever get used. While I do have a few nitpicks such as the 8 sided D4 or the lack of any real usability for the dice spinner, they generally don't bring this set down any. I definitely recommend this set for anyone who's questioning buying it. I'd say it's a bit expensive but worth the money.

Let's break these monsters down by what you really want to know! Q: How tough is it? A: Our Barbarian can't seem to damage it, so I'd say at least 9/10 Q: Are they really that heavy? A: The barrel acts as an improvised bludgeoning weapon and deals 2d10 damage. If all bullets are loaded, it knocks your target prone on a failed Dex save (DC18) Q: Is it really solid metal or just imitation with metal parts? A: Artificer can confirm it's solid, barrel bullets and all. Q: How long can it spin? A: Both the Fighter and Monk used their action, reaction, bonus action, and action surges. It was still spinning. So a while. Q: Does it look like the picture or is the picture dolled up to make it look better than it really is? A: The Rogue keeps trying to steal it, and I'm pretty sure the Bard is trying to make it swoon. Do with that what you will... Summary? Excellent gift for any nerd, Dungeon Master or seeker of adventure. 10/10

Got it for an Artificer in the DND group, not sure how much actual use it will get (it's a little loud to use against a hard table - mostly from the weight) but the design and coolness factor was dead on. Just a really well done and neatly set up set of 'dice' and the spinning barrel/container being marked so it can be used as any die of the usual set was a really cool extra effect. It feels and looks like it will last forever (very solid and well made), and it'll always be a cool / interesting thing to have on a bookshelf or to show to friends... not sure how many will use this instead of actual dice, but it obviously could do the job well if you wanted to. Really nice work. I think it made for a really nice if not totally practical gift... if you have the money to spend on it, it's firmly in the "this is so neat!" category.
