We purchased this item and although initially packed very well, it must have been dropped and the item was damaged. Upon contacting seller, we were able to return for a full refund. Video provided as sample from the proper viewing distance is very bright and clear. We will only say to make note that up close you may not get the resolution you are looking for. Very disappointed. Was purchased 6/1/23 to be used for information at county fair July 21-25. It was installed on 7/21 worked for only one day, and then quit. Tried to resolve with Amazon, but was told it was past the return date of 7/1/23 and we couldn’t be helped. VERY disappointed. The purchase was over $500.00. Very poor customer service. I would like to revise my original review. The manufacturer did contact us, and wanted to make things right for us. After a few days and some communication, they refunded our purchase price, and asked that we return the sign, we were happy to do so. All is taken care of at this time, and I respect their willingness to solve the problem. In fact, they were very willing to help us, when Amazon told us they could not. ... show more
