I always thought that crocs were a croc. Just another fad, and a weird one at that. Then my doctor recommended them because I have wide feet exacerbated by bunions. They're perfect! I didn't think of them as walking shoes, but they work very well for that too. I got "chocolate" because I don't like wacky colors. These will work with slacks or jeans. The bumps in the bottom seemed like they'd get uncomfortable, but to the contrary. They were like a nice foot massage. I walked for about 45 minutes in these shoes -- in town on flat surfaces -- and they were so comfortable. I forgot I was wearing shoes. I worried that I wouldn't be able to trot across the street without them slipping, like when wearing sandals, but they fit so well that there were no concerns. I never thought I would be a croc person - until I wore a pair and now I will forever be a croc person!! They are comfortable, easy to slip on and off, easy to clean if you get them dirty, they last forever and come in just about every single color. This grey color is subtle and can be worn with just about anything!! Warning - wear SOCKS with your crocs or they will smell a ton. They end up being kinda smelly shoes anyway even if you do wear socks because of the rubber non breathable nature of them, but that is just the territory with some types of shoes! Crocs is our go-to brand when it comes to comfort. This classic Crocs clog is the same, and it did not disappoint. You should know that it runs large. I bought this for my son. He usually wears size nine men for shoes, but we bought size 8 for this clog, which fits perfectly.

I did something I swore I'd never do: I bought a pair of Crocs. Much to my surprise, they're excellent to wear around the house--light, airy and comfortable--although I wouldn't go walking around outside in them for any distance. I honestly didn't expect them to be as comfortable as they are. I have rheumatoid arthritis and some days, slip on shoes are all I can manage. My feet do not hurt at the end of the day and they are wide enough for my wide feet. I have a size 9 woman.

I recommend. I’d never had a pair of Crocs before this purchase. They’re turning out to be great for walking on rain-drenched ground. I just put them in the tub to rinse off. However, I recommend that you do NOT size up as the app suggests. I bought the size recommended, and they are very big; this is our busy time, so I didn’t have time to drive to the shipping location so I kept them. They’re nice even if they are big. ... show more
