    • Keep Away! Spend a little more for a better unit.

I can not recommend this machine at all. Please listen to me and keep away! The unit was fine to assemble. Went to do some test cuts and the machine made one engraving. After that, the enclosed memory card failed. No matter, I have a ton of them lying around. Tried three cards. None worked. The unit gave the error code "No G-code on card". Thought that they maybe were too large for the machine to read (which happens sometimes). Went to the store and bought a small card. It would not read either. I tried renaming the G-Code file a variety of G-Code names (*.gcode, *.gc, *.g, & *.ngc). None of those worked. So, I tried a direct connect option and hooked a laptop up with Lightburn installed. No dice. Could not connect to laser - even after trying three USB ports on the laptop and four different cables (including the one that came with the unit). Unless you're looking for a headache, I would steer away from this unit and try something else. I was really surprised. I thought Creality was better than this. ... show more

    • Works well but the fan became really noisy

The enclosure works really well and keeps the smoke mostly contained. The only real two complaints I have are that the enclosure doesn’t have a bottom and that the exhaust fan became noisy pretty quickly. I would think with fire safety in mind they would want to have a bottom to the enclosure (as well and for smoke to be exhausted), but for the most part it really keeps the smoke out and exhausted. The fan I have still works really well but it’s about 75% noisier than it was even after cleaning. It’s still definitely worth the money just for safety. ... show more

This works great, we had to do allot of experimenting to get it just right. So get some scrap pieces and try it then once you've figured things out, put it to use.

I'm still figuring this out, acylics are not so easy to cut and grave, only with be goodif you have a black paint on them, but I'd preferd a CO2 machine for this. I think creality it's great but need to get better results with this kind of machines
