Where do I even start… I was so excited to buy this Christmas garland and decorate our front door. It finally arrived and… wow. I bought 5 garlands and after unpacking 1, I knew I had to return it immediately. It was nothing like the picture. It honestly didn’t even look like a Christmas garland. One string of greenery with a few pokes. Oh the pokes… the garland was extremely sharp. It was as if they had taken a sad artificial tree, cut off the 6in pieces and wrapped it around the “garland”. I was lucky I didn’t poke or cut myself. Truly horrifying. As mentioned, I immediately returned the item with the shipping slip inside as directed. To my surprise, the refund I received was 50% of the amount paid. Excuse me? Upon reaching out to customer service I was scolded for returning the item and not reaching out before hand so they could “work something out”. No thanks. I can’t even tell you how many times I had to tell them I wanted my full refund back. They finally responded with an Amazon policy attached. According to this company, the only way you’ll get a full refund is if the item was defective. Well guess what? It was. I repeatedly explained that to the customer service who could care less. Truly horrified at the item and mostly customer service. I have never returned an Amazon purchased item and received less than the full refund. Shame on you. Buyers beware!!! I ended up getting new Christmas garlands at Wayfair and am soooo happy with them. ... show more

This doesn’t look anywhere near as fluffy and full as it does on the website. For the price, I expected it to look a lot more realistic. At the very least, it should look the way it’s advertised!!

Cheapest and quickest option I could find this holiday season. Works in a pinch for what I needed. It shed a lot as I opened it and set it up. Needs lots of fluffing and bending as it comes packed in a tiny box. I ordered 2, and 1 seemed better made than the other, which had branches already falling off when I touched them. It’s a simple garland and looks nice. Wanted a way to display my cherished horse ornaments during the holidays and this garland works perfectly. Keeps my ornaments out of the way of our animals. Definitely not as full as I hoped but still nice looking, especially with the lights and my ornaments.
