Love the color and texture of the fabric, I ordered the ivory color. I also love that the item came already assembled. They are the perfect height for my island. Looks and feels well made. I added a chair ring pull (also ordered on Amazon) to the back of the chairs which I think makes them pop. See before and after photos attached. It also came very fast. It was expected to come the first week of January and instead came before Christmas so I appreciated that on the sellers part. The chairs are very comfortable to sit on. This review is about CHITA, a third-party seller. Returns are at your cost! Since these are barstools, the shipping cost is expensive and almost the same as the purchase price! Therefore, do not purchase unless you have physically seen these products! I purchased 3 barstools, white, and did not appear as pictured. The height of the back seat is very low. It is very cheap, very light and does not feel sturdy. I have contacted the seller, no response. I have contacted Amazon, and they cannot provide any refunds or assistance. This is an update to previous review. I had to returned the barstools. I advised caution if attempting to do business with CHITA. They are very difficult to work with. Even though they have a distribution warehouse in Texas, you will be dealing with their office in China and they are very uncooperative. Be careful, you are purchasing at extreme risk! So glad I found these counter height chairs for my new apartment. I was looking for a set of counter height chairs that can offer comfortable seating and style and these chairs fit the bill. The legs are sturdy and stylish with the contrast silver foot bar. An added perk?? They were delivered already assembled! The seller took great care in packaging and all that I needed to do was open and pull the chairs out of the box. Everyone, please stop what you are doing and order these stools!! They are sturdy, super comfortable and stylish! Everytime time I walk by kitchen I have to look at them. They bring out the house. Also, they come assembled already. Who doesnt want that?? My husband was shocked when I had them up against the island right after they delivered them. He thought I had put it together fast.
