Let me tell you a little story about my experience with the CATTREE Artificial Plants. I was initially hesitant about purchasing fake plants for my home. I mean, who would want to fill their living space with plastic greenery, right? But I was tired of constantly buying new plants and watching them slowly wither away under my care. So, I decided to give the CATTREE Artificial Plants a chance. And boy, was I pleasantly surprised! First of all, let me just say that these faux plants are so realistic-looking that I had to do a double-take when I first took them out of the packaging. They were lush and green, with intricate details on the leaves and flowers that made them look like the real deal. I couldn't believe that they were made of plastic! I quickly arranged them in a vase on my kitchen counter and waited for my husband to come home and notice. When he finally did, his reaction was priceless. He couldn't tell that they were fake, and kept complimenting me on my green thumb. I had to eventually confess that they were artificial, but he was still impressed with how beautiful they looked in our home. In fact, we even had a few guests come over who thought that they were real! But here's the best part - these plants require zero maintenance. No watering, no pruning, no fertilizing. They just sit there, looking pretty, without any effort on my part. I even put them outside on my verandah, and they've held up surprisingly well through rain and wind. In fact, I've already recommended them to a few friends and family members who were looking for ways to spruce up their homes without having to deal with the constant upkeep of real plants. One friend even used them as centerpieces for her wedding, and they looked absolutely stunning! But, I do have to say that there are a few downsides to these artificial plants. First of all, the plastic material can sometimes look a little bit shiny or cheap, especially up close. This can be easily fixed with some strategic placement, but it's something to keep in mind. Secondly, they don't have the same natural scent that real plants do, which might be a dealbreaker for some people who are looking for a more immersive experience. One thing I should mention is that the CATTREE Artificial Plants come in a pack of four, which is perfect for creating a small arrangement or scattering them throughout your space. But, if you're looking to create a larger display, you might need to purchase multiple packs. Also, keep in mind that these plants are best suited for indoor or covered outdoor use. They might not hold up as well in extreme weather conditions or direct sunlight. Another thing I appreciate about these artificial plants is their versatility. They can be used in a variety of settings, from a modern office space to a rustic farmhouse. They also look great paired with other decorative items, such as books, candles, or vases. The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: 3 years later and STILL looking great! I bought a bunch of plastic uv resistant flowers and greenery in Spring 2020 including these. I like to use them in our hanging baskets and in the basket of an old bicycle we place in our front yard for decoration. I loooove how these hang from the baskets. I keep the plastic flower/greenery arrangements out all Summer and store them inside in the Fall/Winter. I've used them from 2020 to 2023 and these are still holding strong. If they are less vibrant than when they first arrived, I honestly can't tell. (They are so vibrantly green that some fading would be perfectly acceptable if not an improvement in terms of making it look even more realistic.) They're still gorgeous and impossible for me to kill and people assume they are real. Win. Win. Win. You have to realize you get what you pay and obviously my expectations were out of line with my budget. These are definitely fake. They are two green and very shiny and I'm not even sure at a distance they would pass for anything but Fake Plastic Greenery.
