    • It's a 1/2" pitch 10 tooth gear but a heavy gage thickness requiring only the #41 chain.
Size: 5/8" Bore 10T
The chains listed are all 1/2" pitch. Each one has a load capacity with #40 the lightest. The China 60/80cc motorized bike kits have #40 chain that is a ~1/16" narrower than the tooth on the clutch. The #41 chain is wider by ~1/16" fitting the clutch and the narrower sprocket. The 40, 41, 420 is deceptive unless you research them. Edit, this clutch has internal needle bearings beating the competition's bushing and shaft design that will fall apart in a minute. If your chain is to tight, if there's run-out in the sprocket or the lube drys up it won't last. ... show more

I thought I was getting a new clutch but what I got was a bad rebuild at best. There was a lot of play in the clutch rite out of the box. To me it looked like the sleeve holding the bearings was wore out bad and was still used to rebuild it. I could feel the wobble throughout the bike.
