As a very casual golfer I’ve never really had the desire to buy new equipment since I mainly play during the summer. However, I’ve never really owned a wedge and have always kinda struggled with the 3/4 and 1/2 swings from around 100 yards and in. After reading some reviewers I decided to give this c
lub a try. I ordered a 54 degree and immediately loved it after a couple swings at the driving range. I was finally able to play a round and I don’t know if it was a mental thing knowing I had a new club, but being able to put a full swing on the ball from just under 100 yards and sticking it on the green felt amazing. The ball gets amazing spin and was sticking on the green (greens are usually very hard and fast at the course I play). I love this club so much that I just ordered a 58 degree!!! If you’re reading this, stop and order the club already :)

First of all, I ordered graphite shaft but got the dynamic gold steel instead! otal B.S. anyway. This club is different! I hit a bucket of 60 ProV 1 practice range ball, 59 out of 60 ball landed on less than 40 yard sign with less than half swing! ONLY one strike did not hit the ball because I was talking to my daughter and got distracted:( The club apparently make your golf ball stick to the green like a Jaw???? I was very impressed with this club indeed. I think I will get more less lofted one to get more distance? NOT too sure about the non-S grind? not even sure what they mean? A bit confused about them Grind meaning?

This club goes a little farther than my previous callaway wedge. Due to the grooves I guess. HOWEVER, I can detect no additional spin from the supposedly "new" grooved face

Great club, bad fulfillment experience

As a club these Callaway Jaws wedges are absolutely excellent. They're some of the best wedges you'll find for the price. The reason for my rating was the disappointment with the shipping and fulfillment. Using the drop down I selected a C grind for this club and was disappointed when I opened the bo
x to find a W grind. I was even more disappointed that it was going take almost a week to get me a correct replacement. Word of advice, check the specs on the head of the club before you to make sure you get the one you ordered.

Callaway and Roger Cleveland know what they are doing when it comes to building wedges. I do not like lending my Callaway wedges to my golf buddies as they will discover my secrets to a really good short game.
