Product was well packaged and arrived promptly. I have multiple pairs of brooks ghost and adrenaline line shoes. My feet always preferred the ghost fit and comfort a bit more. But, WOW this shoe easily takes the cake and I cannot recommend enough. Sure, they are a bit pricey. But the quality and comfort brush the price right under the rug. I loved these shoes. I am returning them. No fault of the shoe. I have a very high instep. I also have very bad heel pain from Restless Leg Syndrome. The toe box is very nice and roomy. The soles feel like absolute heaven! The heel padding is spectacular. I wasn't anticipating that. I am naive to quality running shoes. With my RLS my heels are extremely tender. My heels felt like they were in a vice. Even though these shoes weren't for me I would highly recommend them. I'm fact my husband was so impressed I'm sure we will be buying him a pair. ... show more

I have been running/walking in Ghost's since the 6. They have always been mu favorite show because of the EE width and fit. The Max has taken comfort to an entirely new level. Pure comfort right out of the box and the platform seems much easier to keep my gait. These are really comfortable for walking and great for running also. This is my first pair of Brooks and they are really awesome. I especially like that the wide version is actually wide, some new balance are too narrow even in the wide version.
