I have narrow and relatively small feet for a guy that is 6'2" tall. Brooks and Puma are the only two shoes I have found over the last decade that fit narrow -high-arched- feet. The benefit of Brooks GTS is the deeper and more supportive base near the front of my foot. The Pumas have to "thin" a shoe base on the front of the shoe. Brooks has a much better layer of padding and support at the ball of the foot and the toe area. I walk about 25 miles a week, and this shoe gives me the support and comfort needed, so I don't feel fatigued or have back pain. This is a great pair of running shoes for my feet. Granted I use them more for walking. My doc told me to move to something with a foam sole because I started having issues with the Asic gels I had. I loved my old shoes, but theses Brooks Adrenaline did the same job. My feet don't hurt, just understand everyone's feet are built a bit different. As they upgrade the shoe, the size has never changed. They have fit the same, making ordering off Amazon convenient and you get more of a variety of colors for the same if not less than what you would pay for at a store. ... show more

Perfect support for the entire foot and very sturdy, great balance and nearly weightless on the feet. These are top of the line for jogging, walking and even running. I was very thankful for receive these as a gift. I wear a size 13 and these fit perfectly around the shape of my foot. The insoles and spongy yet firm and give a nice bounce to your step.     • Helps me keep running despite chronic plantar fasciitis

I've been running for over a decade (currently in my late 40s), but earlier this year I spent a day on my feet with no shoes on, and developed chronic plantar fasciitis. I've been wearing Brooks Ghost running shoes for the past few years, but I decided to see if the additional alignment supports in the Adrenaline shoes would improve things for me. Yes, and no. Before I got these, I also got a pair of Dr. Scholl's Fitness Walking insoles that I'd been wearing in the Ghosts. I tried these first with the insoles they shipped with, and I could only run for 40 seconds before I got shooting pains in my foot. So I swapped in the Dr. Scholl's insoles, and it was magic. I immediately ran 2.5 miles with no pain whatsoever. So, these shoes, combined with the right insoles, are what does the trick for me. My plantar fasciitis isn't gone, but it's manageable, and I've been able to keep running without pain. ... show more

I slipped these on and bam ! I'm faster than a bullet and more powerful than a speeding locomotive! Maybe these don't give you super powers but if a RUNNING SHOE could these would be the pair to make it happen!!. Every day I get up to run in these and I feel like I am floating on air just enough firmness solid back to the show so when your lazy and just feel like slipping them on the heal does not collapse. These look, feel and fit great, but I am a big guy and I walk about 15 to 20 miles per week. My regular walking shoe had been the Brooks Glycerin 19. The rating on this shoe were really good and they were supposed to be more supportive, so I figured I'd give them a shot. My knees, hips and back were killing me within 2 weeks after switching. They just are not as cushiony as the Brooks Glycerin 19's. So they have been relegated to just wearing around... which they are fine for. Why did I wait so long to purchase a Brooks Shoe? I was cheap and always looking for a bargain! The Brooks running shoe is the best fit along with comfort I have had with a shoe in many years. The quality is exceptional along with the price. I plan on purchasing another pair very soon. I wear a narrow size shoe and the Brooks offer such a size and fit that other manufactures cannot. I purchased this shoe and its predecessor for daily wear in a job in which I am mostly on my feet. The shoe is lightweight and comfortable, and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day.
