As a nurse practitioner I am on my feet all day and need a comfortable and stylish shoe that will hold up well. Brooks Ghost 14 shoes fulfill all criteria! I have worn other-more expensive-brands, I have worn other styles of Brooks (including the Ghost 13 and 15) Although the other Brooks styles (Glycerin, to be precise) have been comfortable, they have not been as comfortable as the Ghost 14. These fit like a glove, offer fantastic support and at the end of an 8+ hour day my feet DO NOT HURT! And my knees and back actually hurt less. I think you’ll agree that for the price you won’t find a better made, more comfortable shoe.

I am a runner and I usually average around 15 to 20 miles a week I was running a pair of ASIC gels and I’m starting to have some major hip problems. I’ve done a lot of reading on running forums and a lot of people recommended these brooks ghost so I thought I’d give them a try so far my first couple runs my hip pain does seem to be a little bit better and I’m hoping that it will decrease more as I keep running in these, I will say in the running community this is the type of shoe that everyone typically recommend so I’m definitely excited to try them. They’re very lightweight soft on the inside the same to provide good arch support especially when I heel strike on my run.

I looked all over, online & in stores & tried on a bunch of shoes before getting these. I tried the Ghost 15 & latest Adrenaline(? I think) on in a store & the ghost is so much lighter of a shoe. I do dog walking & the shoes I have don't have support & I was having achilles heel pain. I saw a neighbor wearing the same shoes & asked her about them & she said she likes them so much she won't go back to the previous brand she had been wearing for years. These are comfortable, lightweight, breathable & have a huge selection of colors too. They are really good shoes with support!! I haven't had any heel pain since the first couple of days. Thumbs way up!! Side note: Brooks site said to order 1/2 size up, which I didn't need. Maybe if you're a runner...?

I liked the insole support mostly with the right amount of cushion on heels . The fit in the toe box is not tight and the top of my feet are not cramped either. My ankles don’t get any bruising. The shoe is light and comfortable from the first time I wore them. Walking my dog everyday - I’ve tried a lot of shoes. Nike and ASICS are quite good too, but these are a bit better in my opinion. More comfortable not just my feet but my legs, knees and hips feel better walking in these.

Love these shoes. I work on my feet all day in the lab as a scientist and I have tried many different brands. This is by far the most comfortable and supportive brand. I used to have bad foot pain but now it has gone away ever since I started wearing these shoes. There’s more cushioning in the heal, so I would recommend it to people with heal pain.

I have had an issue with plantars fasciitis for a while and now I have other issues with my feet hurting. When I put these on, I can keep going because they give great support to the feet. Even when my feet started to hurt while wearing them I could still keep going without feeling like it was going to make my feet worse. These shoes make me feel like I’m walking on a cloud with excellent support to my feet. I recommend them to everyone!

This Brooks fits like my old Brooks Gel. The most resent iteration of the Gel is too short for the size listed. I switched to the Ghost and found the length much better. I wish the cushion, however, was more like the Gel. I used my old Gel inserts and now have the perfect shoe.

I truly love Brooks. Well worth the price. My podiatrist recommended Brooks after my Plantar Fascistic diagnosis. So I ordered these online. After I ordered them, I went to a shoe store and was actually fitted. I take a size and half than my normal size. The gentleman at the shoe store said that with Plantar you need to be able to move your toes which I could not with the size I ordered online. When my order arrived, the size I ordered was too small. Recommendation: when ordering work out shoes, order larger than you normal size.
