  • Great Litte Boat
Built a trailer, and the boat sits ow back so the motor weight does not make the trailer sway on the road. It runs great with a 15HP Tohatsu OB. Mounted the Bimini top for shade. I contacted the seller for additional seats and bolted them together to have a larger surface, and the seller was super easy to work with in obtaining extras. I added aluminum flat bar braces from the upper transom down at an angle to the floor board foe added stiffness to support the outboard at higher speeds. This thing tows on the trailer great, scoots across the water quick, and is super stable. Great boat, and great customer service from the seller. ... show more

  • Assembly was easy
This boat arrived early! I was pretty excited and decided to assemble it right away. Despite my age and constant attack by mosquitos I had the boat out of the box , fully assembled and inflated in a little more than 1/2 an hr. My observations: Shipping box is heavy. You'll need help Twist the little pins in the valves to make sure they are sealed before inflating Footpump is cheesy and squeaky but works Inflate to 40% and floor assembly will be easy Take a moment to center and flatten the inflatable keel before putting floor in Floor panels are a bit heavy. Make sure the sides line up with each other The final "tent" move to flatten the floor was super easy. Watch the panel alignment. Align the floor side supports with the black reinforced patches on the side tubes Install the seats before final inflation Easy peasy and I like the results. Boat looks tough. Tohatsu 9.8 is set to arrive next week, so we'll see how it goes then. UPDATE: Got the Tohatsu and I'm super-happy with the way this thing goes. Easy up onto a plane and tracks straight and true. Took it to a picnic about 3 miles up the river and it was a smooth easy ride. Beached/relaunched without issue. My son is a really big guy at 6'9" 400lbs. This boat handled him, his sister and me along with a fuel tank, an 85lb motor and a picnic basket. ... show more

  • Looking forward to summer 2023!
Very easy to put together. Just follow directions and inflate to 30 percent! Took my husband and I about half hour. Looks great. Can't wait for weather to break to put on motor and try it out! Seems like built well. Will follow up! We had a used different one last year and kids and grandkids loved it - just leaked a lot so took the plunge on this one!!!! Will give more info once it is in the water! You only live once!!!!! ... show more

  • Very nice, surprising quality
My wife bought this for me as a surprise birthday present. I had a tiny one that was horrible to row, leaked air and made it a real pain to get to our boat. She enlisted the help of a nautical friend to pick it out. I'd say they hit a home run. They knew I would not want a wood floor and they were right. This floor is very substantial aluminum. I am impressed. I put it together myself in about an hour so as to be careful to make it right the first time. As with many Chinese things, they don't bother with detailed instructions when instructions would really be helpful. Having just the right amount of air in the tubes makes putting the floor in easy, but too much and its a no go. Too little and it won't hold as well. There is a top and a bottom and the only difference is the edge is angled to fit the tube. I have used it for several weeks and it is great so far. Hasn't leaked any air even thought it says leaking is acceptable! It rows well for an inflatable, it very stable and seems heavy duty. It gets tied up right next to a few others with famous brand names and it has even better oars and looks just as nice and rugged. Its seats are adjustable forward and backward while others have only one spot. Overall I am very happy Update 9-2020: it’s been about 2 years and I am just as happy with it. I used a 2.5hp outboard all year and that made it even easier. Just last week I put on a 9.8hp four stroke and with my wife and I onboard it planed easily, handled well and was fun to zip around in. We plan on putting it in our enclosed trailer with bikes for outings to vacation destinations. The only negative so far is the hand grips on the oars both split and now they fall off. Perhaps the Chinese “forgot” the UV stabilizers. Still a good boat and I will replace the grips. ... show more

  • Don’t be discouraged by the price this boat is pretty nice.
The media could not be loaded. My experience with this boat has been great! I launch from the beach in high waves even and I can say this boat can handle it all. Very sturdy and comfortable With two people (roughly 400lb) and gear. The only issue is the floor boards and the rails that go on the outside of the floor boards are a very tight fit and you will have some trouble the first few times you do it depending on how savvy you are this could present quite a challenge. I usually deflate the boat after each use and pack it up in my Camry with no problem. Keep it clean and be careful that you don’t cause punctures and the boat will be a lot of fun! Also, I use a 3.5hp motor which is a decent amount of power for this boat. ... show more

  • Better then I thought and fun!
Great little boat for 3 adults! The floor is the trick by laying in the keel 1st tap it in hard and make sure you line up the plug under its easy. Then put in the 2nd floor board right behind it and hit it hard over and over using a rubber mallet. Then put in the very back panel and beat it under the gray pads. Put the ores under the boat on each side where the end of the end board will line with the 3rd floor board to be installed. Lift up the end floor board enough so the 3rd board can match up with the groves and Beat the hell out of the end board till it fits. It will be pushed up a bit but just stand on it and it will stretch to lay flush. Get a 15 or 20 hp outboard gas motor and not a trolling motor like I did’ it goes to dang slow. I bought suction cup navigational lights from Walmart and they work great. In MI the boat must be registered due to a motor on it. Paint the hull #’s on it and write the motor ID down then insure it ASAP! My boat was stolen after only 3 days on Whitmore Lake! ... show more
