I started wearing Malibu canvas shoes several years ago. The Marley style is my favorite. I have gone through probably 2 dozen pair, all different colors. I love them! They are comfortable, cute, and easy. I rotate them, and they last a good couple of years. If you are flexible on color, you can get them as low as $21.00. I love these new black ones. I have a wide foot, and the 7.5 is just right for me. The only drawback is if you have arch problems. This shoe does not have real arch support. Luckily I don’t have that issue. These are adorable and so easy to get on and off. They’re pretty close to size I wear an 8 or 8.5 and got an 8 and it’s good. It’s snug in width but I expect will loosen as I wear them because of the elastic in lieu of laces. I expect these would not be good for anyone on the wide side of a normal width. Love these shoes, so comfortable and the color goes with most anything. I would not suggest them for working out; I believe they are more for hanging around/casual/long walks. The only downside I find in them is I need a shoehorn to get them on as the back tends to fold down (wish they had a little pull back there) and the "tongues" slip in on the top of my foot (requires you to pull on them so they aren't bunched up and cause a blister) . I've had the same shoes in a different color for a while now and love them so when I was on the lookout for a white pair of tennis shoes and found these, I figured I'd like them too, and I was right. They look and feel nice, have thick, breathable canvas material, and are bright white in color. They pair well with jeans, pants, or a casual look with a dress or skirt. The shoes are somewhat difficult to put on because the tongue of the shoe squishes up underneath the stretchy part on the top of the shoe, but if I hold it in place while I put the shoe on, it's not a big deal. Also, for me, the toe is a bit narrow which starts to hurt my toes if I wear them for a long time, but they aren't walking shoes so that's somewhat to be expected in my opinion.
