I purchased 1b. The hair is fine. Great for a regular loose hair look. Attempting to stretch was hard. I did manage but again it wasn’t easy. To stretch for such as Twists, Locs, and Butterfly Locs. You’ll have to separate both ends. Then you’ll twist in the direction in which it starts to unravel. Once you see that begin to spread apart and repeat. I hope this helps. This is ONLY pertaining to 1b. I also used 2 from this company and had 0 complications, hair is really easy to separate!
