I’m a honey purist, natural, unfiltered, but I’ve been seduced by the Bees Knees. And can’t stop using this product. By the way, did you know it is best not to bring your honey into contact with metal? Use a wand instead. You’ll thank me later.

This was good but I was hoping for more heat. The habanero comes through a bit subtly but it is a delicious honey. Odd as it sounds try it on a peanut butter sandwich.
