The hair is a brown nor so much a 1B color which I don't mind but if thats something that bothers you then don't get this hair or just dye it. I will say It does shed a bit and I've only wore it 3 times but that doesn't bother me because I don't wear it for long periods of time. I love the color it was super bomb. When I bought it a year ago it didn’t say it was a closure it said it was an HD lace frontal. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. I still have it. It’s been a year ina half & I still can’t get the smell out of the wig! It has a very strong nasty burnt smell. I even tired the fabric softener trick. But over all this wig has been great! I do recommend it but hopefully someone else gets lucky and it doesn’t smell. But this is a real review!! This was definitely worth the price. ... show more

The hair is nice and thick , not bulky. Very soft no smell minimal shedding when washing. Easy to flat iron straightens really well. I will be purchasing again, want to try’s longer length!! I do recommend this wig!!!

Not a bad wig if you need something fast and cheap but the tracks are super thin and noticeable. Hair slick will tangle up on you so watch it and the color bleeds when wet and will get on your clothes. TLDR: good hair quality, good lace quality, not according to length, not according to color. I've ordered from BF for a while, but their "Beauty Forever #33B Reddish Brown Water Wave 13X4 HD Lace Front Wig" was definitely a let down. I'll start with the worst part: paid for a 20 inch, and received about 14 inches (and in reality, 12 inches in the frontal), which was very shocking. I have experience with curly wigs, so I know they can appear shorter but this is definitely not the case here. Paid for more hair than I ended up receiving. The second issue is layering: I don't know why the frontal is significantly shorter than the rest of the hair. Almost as if it were layered, but in a very odd way. The last issue is the color. This wig is definitely more bright red than deep red/reddish brown. It is more bright than the photos shown. I'm going to try returning it but if I can't, I'll definitely have to give it a darker rinse to tone down the carrot red color. Other than that, the hair quality itself feels great. Super soft hair and really nice water wave curls. Will likely buy a black water wave wig in the future because it feels like really good hair! The lace itself feels fine too. ... show more
