The Sides were a little tricky but it didn’t take long to wiggle around and realize that you have to pull the end’s out first before the sides would lock up into place. We also like that you can unzip the end so our grandson could crawl out on his own. with me having a bad back it was very helpful than me binding over to lift him up and out. Definitely a great buy, downfall is the matt it's really thin so my little one is not so steady and was concern she bump her too hard but easy fix just bought a insert padding. Versatile if your growing from newborn to toddler this will make the transition easier. Really enjoy the changing table attachment and the pockets on the side are so helpful. Set up was EASY! The assembly isn't bad, but I didn't notice there was a guide so I assembled blindly. Good stuff baby isn't here yet so I haven't tested with a little human. But I like the size and quality.

I was very disappointed with the opening and closing of this playard. Their return process is very disappointing. I ordered a Merritt Portable Playard Suite which was very easy to open and close and was well built.
