The skirt doesn't go all the way around. But I didn't need it to. I bought the skirt to go across the front of my desk at work due to having a sit/stand desk and don't want people to see my feet. Attaches with velcro. Lights can stay on solid or flash. Nice table skirt.

The table skirt worked out beautifully for us and I love the look of it with the lights. It is well made. I agree with some other reviews that a pocket for the battery pack would be useful. We ended up attaching it to the underside of the table with a heavy duty 3M comand strip. Our set up was indoors and the adhesion products sent worked very well with the plastic table we used. It’s just ok! Wouldn’t purchase again. Champs ivory comes pink! The string lights just go through plastic loops and it’s not enough lights for the skirt and looks pretty dumb how it hangs. Sadly nothing like the pictures
