    • Easy to install, but missing parts.
Arrived today and was able to install quickly and easily. Appears to be of decent quality and the zippers on the pad and pouch look like water resistant zippers. Opened the package and it looked like everything was there until I put it on the motorcycle and noticed there was a nut missing on the adjustment post. There should be a nut above and below the rubber bushings on the adjustment bolt, but it only had a nut above the bushings and the post sleeve was hitting the adjustment bolt. I had to purchase a nut to go on it in order to make it work properly. They sent a package of bolts, nuts, and washers that did not seem to work for anything, or at least not the way the directions explained the installation. I ended up purchasing a bolt, nut, and washer to bolt the brackets together too. Other than this it seems to do the job and if I wasn't so impatient, I could have contacted them to get the missing pieces. ... show more

    • Almost worth the money
It installed easy enough but, it won’t fit in the pocket under the tall boy seat in any other position but the most bottom. After it was installed the back rest was angled so far back that it did nothing. Upon further inspection, I found it Is missing an adjustment nuts on the base that sets the angle. The wrong hardware for connecting the bracket that fits under the ECU and the main base. I’m going to find all the necessary hardware and try it one more time. Had to use all of my own nuts and bolts because the provided ones didn't fit. The instructions are difficult to understand and were printed in faded black and white. Backrest is comfortable once installed. 2008 HD ultra classic

Absolute junk, the material that come in the back rest was horrible and it was stapled together with silver Staples that you can see, the mount didn't come with the plastic insert so it rattles, to sum it up not worth buying
