The phone is great, and so much faster than my old phone. I love it! Just a few helpful ideas: When the phone arrived it had zero battery charge so I did have to charge it up before switching content from my old phone. Also the "Hello" screen didn't come up for me until I erased all content, but that is SUPER EASY. It took me awhile to get the Face ID working which was probably user error because I was switching from Android. The battery capacity is at 83%. Overall, it is a great phone, and I'm very happy! I have always been nervous at the thought of purchasing a factory reconditioned phone. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this one. I am glad I did. Cosmetically it looks great. Only one small issue is the phone only charges to 80% life. Other than that it works perfect.

This phone came in excellent condition and even had a screen protector on it. We kind of figured it was from the previous owner. No sign of any wear, and battery life seems like a new phones. The setup was easy and going from a iPhone 6 to the XS all we had to do is place the old phone next to the new one and it transferred everything and every setting 100% perfect. The camera compared to the iPhone 6 is like night and day in picture quality. Switched the sim card and it instantly connected to our Cricket plan. So far no complaints. So. Some of my dislikes about it is I got the phone in perfect condition, but when I opened the box I noticed minor scratches and scrapes. However that wasn’t my issue. There’s transparent apps embedded along my screen that doesn’t show up in a screenshot. And sending voice messages in iMessage sounds like I am under water and far away. Other than that I do recommend this phone if you’re like me wanting to upgrade from a iPhone 7 Plus or lower you find yourself not wanting to spend a arm and leg this will be the goto ... show more

On the whole, this is a nice phone. HOWEVER, the Wifi is quirky. I don’t know if this is specific to my particular router, but I never had issues with my old iPhone. The feature I really DETEST is the 45 degree angle swiping motion that is supposed to show all your open applications so that you can close them. So frustrating. I thought perhaps it was me, just a Gen X issue, maybe a lack of collagen in the fingertips. Like trying to open the produce bags at the supermarket. Anyway . . . my tech savvy Gen Z 18 year old also thinks the swiping is a pain and told me I should have bought an Android. I love my iPhone, but seriously Apple?! Let me guess . . .
