Good phone it doesnt comes inna and apple box u dont get an apple charger my charger marks ashely also the battery health is 86% when have on the power saving mode it takes long to die..when i turn on the flashlight if u rest it on your skin it burns you but its a good phone

I recently purchased the Chrome/Silver/White iPhone XS Max from the seller Electronic Deals. There was a minor issue with delivery being delayed, but this wasn't the seller's fault. When I first received the phone, it looked brand new from a distance. On closer inspection, there were small scratches on the top, but they are barely noticeable and easily covered by a case. The screen had some hairline scratches, but they are not deep and you really have to look closely to see them. Not a big deal for me. The phone turned on without any issues. I did have some trouble setting up an account, but a call to Apple Support resolved this by updating the software. Again, not the seller’s fault. The battery health was at 83%, which is acceptable for a refurbished product. However, I have noticed that the phone drains battery a lot faster than I'd like. The software runs smoothly, and I haven't encountered any problems so far. Face ID works flawlessly. Overall, the phone is perfect and meets my expectations for a renewed product from Amazon. Tip: Before buying a refurbished product, make sure to do extensive research on the seller to ensure you’re getting the best value for your money. For excellent condition, I feel like it could have looked better. It came with a bunch of scratches on the front screen. It came with scratches on the back glass. It came with scratches and scuffs on the ram. But if you’re not looking for it to be pretty and just a good functioning phone then I recommend, the phone functions great and so far there have been no mishaps. Everything seems to work fine. The battery health came at 84% but it does not drain super fast. I previously had an iPhone 8 and the battery health was 89% and it wouldn’t last a full charge for more than an hour. The camera works really well there doesn’t seem to be any faulty parts. I plan on getting the front screen, back screen, and battery changed out and brand new for 150 total from a guy that works on phones and makes them look brand new . Therefore, I’m not really all that upset over the scratches, but for someone who may not have access to someone like that, I would not recommend buying and expecting it to come in really good shape. ... show more

The front came really scratched up and so did the back a little bit. I know it’s a used phone but for a “renewed “ or “refurbished “ phone that supposed to be in excellent condition, the seller could have least put a new screen on the front. The battery health was 84% which I was expecting. The good things I can say about it is there were no mishaps. I received the correct, color, gigs, it came unlocked like I picked and I got it in two days. Everything on the phone functions great and there were no faulty parts. The camera works great. I will say I do not trust the charger that came with it. I personally just rather use the one I already have. I plan on getting the front and back screen replaced to brand new screen along with a new battery for $150 all together so I’m not really tripping over the appearance. I wouldn’t say I recommend buying or not buying but if you do don’t expect anything special as far as appearance. If
