Amazon tried something interesting here: selling a product with no photo of the product in the listing. YOLO: I bought it anyways. They're about what you'd expect - a quart size bag with durable plastic double press-seal zippers. No slide-zip here, just the basics. The box has an excellent dispensing cut-out. The blue they use for the zipper is lovely. The area to write on is fine. So, it totally nails the generic need. The only reason I don't give it the full five stars is because the value proposition here isn't exactly earth-shattering. The price is marginally better than equivalent, but nicer Ziploc bags at the Big Box Store - so if you need them tomorrow, go for it; otherwise, just wait for your next shopping trip. ... show more

I received my bags today and was so excited. I had also purchased Ziploc (which is my brand I have used for years). So when I saw Amazon had their own brand, took a chance and purchasded their gallon Freezer bag. Well, I worked late tonight. Since I only had a few items that were shipped in this big box, I thought ok, I will just carry the items out to the car. I get to the car and the box give way on one end. They all come sliding out. I catch them against the car and put them back in the box. I drive home for 40 minutes take them out along with my Ziploc (by the way are sealed in a nice wrap a double pack) the entire box give way and I have a driveway litered with Freezer bags. So here I am at 11:pm picking up Freezer bags off my drive way. To say I have so much trouble getting the bags in the house, I don't want to use them. But I won't waste them. I will never buy them again, it doesn't matter how good the bags are. Amazon pick a better company to put your brand on. You are a company I have trusted for years. So now I need to find a container. Normally, the Amazon products compare well to brand names. Not this time though. I took a chance on these as it was a good price for the amount. However, these are only Storage bag thickness. I was very disappointed in the quality as a freezer bag. I didn't bother to return the open box and cause product waste. So, I will use them as simple Storage bags instead. I'll be going back to the Hefty brand for freezer bags. ... show more

I purchased these to fill them with 5 lbs of raw meat and bones for my dogs raw food diet. I bought the standard ziplock bags and those ripped a lot along the seams while I was filling them. These didn’t. They actually hold up nice in the freezer. And they are cheap enough to throw away. Nothing worse than washing out bags filled with raw protein and trying to reuse them. It never works out well. One day I will find reusable plastic containers that will do the job, but for right now these bags work wonders for my tiny freezer. ... show more

    • Absolute JUNK! Leaks everywhere!

Absolutely horrible. EVERY SINGLE BAG LEAKS! Like most people, I use my gallon freezer bags for separating my meats and freezing. Every single time I take a meat out to defrost in the refrigerator or sink, I end up with meat juice leaking out of the bag. Not just a little, like a puddle in my fridge. Ridiculous! They looked nice when I first got them and I was super excited thinking they’d be great since they were an Amazon brand, but they are total crap quality. I’ve now resorted to putting the Amazon brand freezer bag into a Ziploc storage bag for defrosting just so that I don’t have to clean up a nasty, unsanitary mess of meat juice! What a waste of money. I didn’t expect this from an Amazon brand, that’s for sure. I saw another customer post a review about how the box that the bags comes in fell apart on her in her driveway. YEP! I literally never even moved the box from the shelf and the whole box fell apart, leaving bags falling everywhere. The box was already started to fall apart before I even opened it. What a cheap product! Do yourself a favor and just spend the extra few dollars on the Ziploc brand. Even the Walmart or Target brand WAY surpass the quality of these! ... show more

They seem to be a good product, and the price is great for the amount you get. It gets three stars for the horrible condition it came in. The box it was packaged in was pristine, but this inside it..not so much. Still usable and will order again to see if it comes in better shape.

Very impressed with these bags for the price . I'll definitely order a couple more to stick with my long term food storage . The box they come in is extremely flimsy and you'll want to reinforce the corners with the few pieces of tape
