Started using these pills about a year ago, and I can definitely see positive changes in my hair, skin and fingernails. I have them on auto-ship, and plan to keep using them for the foreseeable future. They are a bit hard to swallow, though. Like a lot of people, I don't write reviews. I bought this for my hair and nail. I haven't seen much of a difference in that yet. To be honest, I've only been taking one a day. I'm sure I need to take more for that. But let me tell you,my pain is gone. I bought it for my hair and nails. I have arthritis and disc degeneration. I took 1 a day for 2 months. My back pain relief is 95% gone. I can jump out of bed and my hands don't go numb. I just ran out 2 weeks ago and I am in constant pain. That the only diff in my life. I just ordered more. I like that I don't have to mess with powder mixes and only have to take once a day. HRT made my hair fall out, what! But started taking this after 1 month, my hair was growing and getting healthier by the day.. so glad I found it.

Loved this product for my thinning hair. Worked great even got my clients buying it until it doubled in price in just a few months. I understand the price increases being a business owner myself but more than doubling your price in just a few months is not good business practice.
