When I took this, I all of the sudden found my metabolism had a boost, and I was going to the bathroom more. This is a supplement that is marketed for its natural content of vegetables, so I take it as if I am having a healthy and cheap alternative to a super green juice like at Jamba Juice. One day, I began to question all of the content in processed foods I was eating and why I was sick. This product did not make me sick. However, after reading the label, I found these things: -The vegetable content of the powder is 6.8 grams of one serving, which is 85% of the content of each serving. -The rest of the content are laxatives and chemicals which help in digestion of normal and unhealthy foods along with processed fiber. I would be very careful of taking this over a long period of time. There are only 7 grams of vegetables in one serving of powder. Compare this with one serving of lettuce, which is 55 grams or one serving of broccoli, which is 78 grams. This product is very well marketed as a product with a full day's worth of vegetables, which is a significant contrast from what doctors and most food pyramids recommend actual intake of a much higher weight of vegetable intake in a healthy diet. While it feels good after you take it, it is likely the fact that you are going to the bathroom to poop rather than the wonderful vegetables that are such an amazingly organically grown food packed with the finest nutrients which are causing you to feel good. The chemicals at the bottom of the label are found naturally in foods which aid in digestion and processing of food, including lactase. This product is much more scientific than it is natural. Note: this is good for a person to use if they will not eat any vegetables in a day, for example if a person is traveling and won't be having much of a diet besides alcohol and bar/club food. However, vegetables are still needed if a person will get the remaining intake of Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. When taken alone, a person would be missing 92% of Fiber not found in nuts or bread, 75% of Vitamin A, 43% of Vitamin C, and 12% of Vitamin K, which means one serving does definitely not provide a full day's recommended intake of vegetables. **Update on Review** Updating my review to four stars because it is actually a great way to supplement your diet if you for some reason are not getting enough vegatables. I feel noticeably better and sharper as a result of all of the greens in the powder as well and my stomach eases. However, the king of all greens is just to eat the greens themselves. It is unfortunate that the ideal amount of greens a person should eat according to science and nutritionists is massive, equating to several plates of greens and greens within a smoothie each day. If you're young, this might be all you need, but don't forget to balance your meals with some greens every time you eat if you're not having a big salad two or three times a day. ... show more

I took this for a month before writing this review to try and give an honest review. Taste is fine and about what I expected for a greens powder. Still has that grassy/earthy taste but the berry flavor offsets it enough where it wasn't offensive and easy to get down. I wasn't terribly impressed with the vitamin content but I knew that going in and this was my first time taking a greens powder so I wasn't too concerned, I'm sure there's better stuff out there The prebiotic made me pretty gassy for the first week or so but got better as time went on. Otherwise I can't say I noticed any big changes with my body or digestion. My biggest takeaway is, if your diet it OK you probably won't get much from taking this. I already track all my meals and workout 3-4x a week. My diet isn't perfect but it's pretty reasonable with an acceptable amount of vegetables and fruit each week. This stuff didn't make me more "regular" if anything made that worse for the first week. I had no difference in mood or energy and workouts have been the same throughout. I won't go as far as to say it was a waste of money but I certainly don't feel like I got much benefit from this. If this sounds like you as well I'd say go ahead and save the $30 ... show more

Okay so I got this due to pregnancy, I wanted to be more healthy and what not so I gambled on it. Got the berry flavor, it came in in the morning so I used it immediately and I mixed it with sunny D strawberry orange, and let me tell you. It's become crack to me lol I HAVE to drink it every day first thing in the morning or I feel off and crave it. Now let me tell yall, I'm picky, okay like so bad that I don't eat right and last time I ate veggies willingly I was a child. So my body is literally thanking me for this right now and I'm obsessed because I get what I need and don't have to deal with my issues of food sensitivity. I think the product itself doesn't have a whole lot of taste because I tried it with other drinks and didn't really taste the greens. I got the juices more than anything. But the product is fantastic, it detoxted me due to my bad diet, so heads up if you feel sleepy and go to the bathroom more and maybe feel like you're drugged, don't panic! I was fine in three days and it's been almost a month and all is well. I highly recommend this product. Best choice I could have ever made for myself, I no longer take magnesium for muscle spasms, I sleep better, I don't crave caffeine near as much, if so it's an cold coffee of some kind. I have naturally cut sodas. I may get one a week if that, little to no cravings and I was not trying to cut caffeine. I want more meals, I don't crave snack food and this all began when I started this product. So I'm assuming it's making changes in what my body wants. Regardless I have nothing but good things to say about it and can't wait to get more of it! Go buy it now!! And thank me later. The taste isn't the worst, it's slightly earthy on the same taste level as matcha to me; matcha which isn't my favorite, I stull get it down pretty easily. There isn't a strong smell... again slightly earthy. I do drink it in ice cold water and use a frother which helps with no clumbing when drinking, then wash it down with an extra drink of water which cleans my glass out. Bloating and skin have been noticeable improvements after 3 weeks so we continue to use it. ... show more
