I am 5/4 140 pounds, I was afraid they would run small so I ordered up as the reviews said and got a large. I wear a medium and size 6 in pants.. The large is a bit baggy so not happy with that, They are comfy material, the crotch could stand to have a bit more width to the back, I think my bits might fall out when working out.. Maybe that is because I got a large? Doubt it, since medium would be less fabric where I need it. I won't send back for a size medium, that is weird.. I will wash these in very warm water and put in the dryer on warm to dry.. Overall, good price for the dozen.. Might order again? I will decide after I wear them to workout.. I am 147lbs, 5'7, and size 6 pants. I got a medium and it is a bit snug. I stretched them out to make more comfy so they work fine. Not sure size range from it in large for if large would fit better or be too big. But I do reccomend them so far reguardless.
