Order a size bigger!!! I ordered a medium and tried a pair for a day and was on my feet all day for my physical labor job (heavy lifting heavy and squatting for example) and they were so sore and seemed too tight. Knowing I couldnt return them after wearing so I ordered a large, no regrets the best undies ever! I also do crossfit, squat and hard labor approved! I'm 5'5, 133lbs, hip 37", waist 28-29". Soo soft adnd comfortable! Im normally a medium but I got small because I like them to fit nice and snug and stay in place and not slide around. 5'5 and 145lbs, larger hips/slightly pear shaped. hope this helps

After reading other men,s reviews I decided to try these thongs. I'm a 34 waist and purchases these in medium.They fit way better than expected. The stretch allows a perfect support and lift. Great for every day under tight Jeans and under short running shorts.

These are great for working out or running! They are really soft and don’t pinch anywhere on me... however, I’m 4’11’’, 120 lbs and consider myself petite (a small in VS undies) but I’m glad I read the reviews - I ordered the set in a medium and I am so glad I did! I just put some through the wash so we will see how they hold up, but seems quality is good given price and quantity. Just have these as your dedicated work out panties for gym, running, or yoga. The colors are fun! A minor minor note - sometimes removing the paper tag can be difficult when a little bit of the plastic is in between the fabric - just a kink in the factory or machine that applies the paper tag, which you end up cutting off and throwing away. ... show more

Comfortable for male use. I'm a bit chubby (38" waist, 43" hips). Bought XL, and they are super comfy. Covers front completely, and accommodates my average package, with stretchyness to spare. I LOVE the look of the striped ones.... I wish there was a multi-pack with just the striped ones. The 'shadow' striped ones are too subtle. I had wondered before purchase if 10% spandex would be stretchy enough for my liking. It's plenty. Also, the spandex percentage isn't everything. I have some panties that are 8% and are RIDICULOUSLY stretchy. I guess it's also about how the fabric is woven? Loving the feel of the stretchy fabric hugging me. Still getting used to the practical concerns of a strip of fabric up my butt (if you know what I mean, you know what I mean), but I'm new to thongs. Super happy with this purchase. ... show more

My wife bought these for me and I have been wearing them every day for 7 months and would not think of going back to wearing any other kind of underwear, I think this might of back fired on her as she thought if I had to wear a thong then I then I would not ask her to wear them. The fit is great and holds everything just perfect in place, We now wear matching panties everyday ( I think this back fired on her) and she is only to happy to pick out what color we are wearing and if it will be stripes or solids life is good. They have been washed many times and have held up very well when she read reviews and some reviews said they start coming apart when washed we decided to wash them in a bag made for panties. Fantastic undies!! Well made and sooo comfortable, like wearing nothing. Material is stretchy soft(something like womens leggings)and doesn't snag on your hands when pulling them on or off. The colors I got were same as shown 12pk size medium. Guy measurements 6ft 175lb lean, average unit.
