The exfoliating medium is perfect, my face feels refreshed rather than scoured and dry like a lot of the exfoliating cleansers tend to do. This product is super gentle, perfect for sensitive skin but still, be careful when scrubbing; don't overdo it. It smells like orange peel and is not too chemically (if you know what I mean). I'd say it's better for an oilier skin type of even a mixed because my face does feel slightly dry after scrubbing but that's my personal preference as it is a pore purifying scrub meant for absolute clean and not necessarily moisturizing. I love alba, but not this one. It doesn’t clean like the other facial cleaners, but it does leave a smoothing film after which would probably be appreciated for those with dry skin
