Inspired by beauty of pantellerie, where he spent his vacation, armani created the aroma of aqua di gio for men and women. The fragrance for men is a scent of freedom, full of wind and water. The composition is built of a perfect harmony of sweet and salty notes of sea water and nuances of sunny warmth on your skin. Aqua di gio is full of scorching mediterranean sun. Bitter citrus with aromatic nuance of rosemary intertwines with salty, sea nuances and pellucid hedione. Sharp notes of spices are softened by woody base with warm, musky trail. The bottle arrived pretty quickly, much sooner than expected. It was boxed and protected with bubble wrap inside of another box so it arrived in perfect condition. This bottle is pretty big. The last one I had was much smaller and that one lasted a long time, so this one is going to be on my counter for a long time lol. Don't bother buying the cheaper imitations because they might smell great as you put it on but by the time you get to your car, it's faded completely away. I love this clean, classy scent. My husband has worn it for years, at my request. I never get tired of it. One day he walked in wearing something else. I immediately asked what he had on because he didn't smell like 'my man'. He said he thought I might be tired of ADG, so he bought something new. This is the most popular cologne I wear. However, this is the lightweight for an afternoon version. Not the cologne. I use this more. It’s perfect for offering a light scent as opposed to the full strength cologne for long days or nights.
