I’ve ordered from ABH directly in the past but needed the clip-ins (18 inch) quickly for an event. It was the smell that I’m not used to. ABH’s hair has never smelled bad when I buy directly from them. The box is also different from my previous packages. It makes me wonder if Amazon gets a different quality or if the seller has altered something. It was just “off” from usual. The hair holds heat very well and I did not need to use the highest heat setting with my flat iron. The media could not be loaded. I think the kinky straight hair is great. I order 2 packs of 14 for just an everyday style when I don't feel like doing much to my hair. Definitely blends with my hair and I don't mind the color. Haven't curled it but it took to a wave iron pretty good and just is giving "natural" so I like it. I am considering ordering 1 more pack to get just a little but more fullness. I braided my hair so everything stays really flat and only have minimal leave out in the top.
