Fits my Sears Kenmore 385 sewing machine. These are Class 15J type bobbins that fit Janome machines. I found Singer Class 15 bobbins will sew on this machine but do not fit on the bobbin winder. Only the Janome or Kenmore bobbins will work there.

These bobbins fit my Janome Sewist 780DC perfectly. I sew a great deal and it is nice to be able to preload a lot of bobbins ahead. I throughly recommend these bobbins.

You can see in the image attached (circled in pink) where they had been poured into a mold and broken away. That is expected with cheap mass production, but I thought the thread could possibly get caught up on it to cause snagging or snapping if one isn’t careful due to how jagged some of them felt. HOWEVER, you can take your fingernail and scrape over it a few times to smooth it out. I tried it with one that was real noticeable, got it to where it felt “smooth” enough, and it threaded just fine. I decided to test it out, sewing as I normally would on a scrap piece, but ran it down to where the thread is almost gone from the bobbin. Didn’t have any issues with any snagging or snapping when watching it closely. So, if you get these, check your bobbins in that area just to be sure before threading them. Even if you order some other 50 or 100 piece set from another listing at a cheap price … CHECK THEM, because these are all cheaply mass produced and probably even use the same type of mold (most of them all have the same product images and descriptions anyways despite being sold by different sellers). I didn’t notice any other jagged places on any of the ones I pulled out and examined (none on the rim or holes), so I’ll definitely keep these to have on hand. Of course, the ones I have from Brother are obviously much better quality despite all of them being mere plastic, but know that these aren’t too bad given the price and the amount you receive. Just please keep in mind that you get what you pay for, but it takes just a couple seconds to check them over before going all in. ... show more
