I had this outside for a week. Half the lights work. If I shake the branch they will go on. Also with the rain & wind it is not holding up well at all. I write to the seller no response. I do not have the original packaging. ( I was not planning on having a problem like this) I would like either a discount on this, a return with the original packaging or, if there is something else you can do to help my situation. For the price of this product it really is crap. Thank you ... show more

Many compliments on the fall trees, I absolutely love them. I am hoping they do well outside as many people have used it outdoor. I’ve only had them for 16 hrs. Tree is not 6ft tall as described, I had to fill in my pots and put tree in them to make tree taller. That is why I took a star away, material seemed a bit cheap.
