Purchased to run photo program, said refurbish on the box, takes 20 minutes to load anything up, will not update. Waisted money. My fault for waiting 3 months to open box after I purchased it. Sure it's too late for a refund but lesson learned.

This laptop worked fine for the first few days and then randomly the screen would go black with the power and caps lock buttons blinking. Sometimes it would start to work again for awhile and then the same thing would happen again. Took it to my school tech center and they looked up the IP address and discovered that the laptop was preowned (which isn't disclosed on the item's description overview) and likely had prior issues. This computer is priced great for someone who just uses it for everyday games, newsfeed, and email, however, my hands did not work right with the pad and it was not easy to operate.

    • The product is not keeping charge
I bought this products and took it Jamaica and it's not keeping charge. My son has to keep it plugged in in orders to used it It does not deserved a rating but they won't let me move on without it.

    • Shipped with wrong OS AND didn't work right either!
Shipped with Window 11 instead of 10 as advertised. And on top of that it refused to even work right, apps/windows would close on their own, parts of the interface disappeared. It was back in it's box with a return label in under 10 minutes
