There’s no way to turn off the excessively loud chime/ringtone when you power the watch on and off. A master sound control for all the very loud games is non-existent. Some of the games allow volume control but not all. But most bizarrely, half the games on my kids watch mysteriously disappeared. Very strange considering the watch isn’t connected to the internet. There’s no way to manually delete so it’s hard to comprehend how it happened. No way to retrieve either. The settings menu is extremely rudimentary and rather un-useful. ... show more

I got this for my 6 year old son and I think it is pretty cool. It has nice features and good sound quality and it is very nicely built. What the manual doesn't say: you need to get a 2g SIM card from speed talk mobile and you have to open the back of the watch (can be easily opened) and insert the Sim and register it online. It works well and the voice quality is pretty good. You can get a $5 prepaid card also from Amazon and it is 2 cents /minute. Not a bad deal for a kids watch. It is supposed that this watch works with a SIM CARD and kids can call, I bought the Aqua version last year and it worked, it had the option to add the sim card. Recently, I bought the black version but that one does not have any call/sim option. Is this correct? I thought that the only difference was the color. ... show more

I liked the software of the watch it had everything as advertised...BUT the screen & touch sensor is not great.. touch sensor doesn't slide smoothly with your finger so it's hard to play any games.. also the camera quality is like a flip phone from 2005..Also, it's made in China just so you know..

This smart watch is exactly what I was looking for. Easy for my daughter to use but with enough features that she enjoys wearing it. The perfect way to give my 9 year old a certain level of freedom yet still be secure in knowing where she is at all times. I like that I can specifically control who she can make contact with.
