  • Small
This is the smallest curler I’ve ever used. It works perfect for real or fake eyelashes but I do have to close my eye because I like myself if I don’t lol but works well. I use it mainly for my false eyelashes to bond them well

  • Fantastic
I spent so much money and time having my lashes done and now I barely have any of my own. I started wearing natural looking false lashes a while back and this eyelash curler really helps merge the two together to make the lashes look cohesive. I love this. It really opens up the eye area as well!

  • Mostly love it
This is perfect for my small, deep set eyes... Almost. The top blade is rather long and makes it a bit uncomfortable to use because it gouges my eyelid a bit. I just have to be careful using because otherwise, they are great

  • Not quite what I expected
Been using this smaller curler for a few weeks and it wasn't quite what I expected. It might just be my lack of understanding how to use it but it's barely curled my inner lashes and very ends. The curler is rather hard to place against the eye and I've pinched the skin around my eye several times. I'll try to use it a few more times, but I may just use my regular full length curlers and figure out how to curl my inner and outer lashes better with that. Would recommend folks to research a bit more on how to use this before purchasing. ... show more

  • Doesn't curl lashes + difficult to use + painful = total disappointment & waste of money
I shop at Amazon a lot since the pandemic, and am very rarely dissatisfied; often I'm downright delighted. This purchase is not only one of the very few downers, but is probably the worst of those few. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews instead of doing a wishful thinking numbet and discounting them because I wanted to believe the positives reviews, because for me this not only doesn't work, but is difficult and painful to use. I found it much more difficult with this curler than with any I'd previously used, to calculate when the curler was close to the lash roots but not at risk of pinching the lids-- and when I missed, the absence of a rubber "bumper" on the top part of the curler meant I paid dearly in pain points-- yeowch!!! Much worse than with any other curler I've used. And, if risking pain and bodily injury wasn't bad enough, it doesn't curl my lashes-- not even a little bit-- which led me to want to squeeze extra hard in an effort to see a result-- not a great combination, the need to squeeze harder and harder to try to get a curl, and a heightened risk of injury and pain from accidently clipping the lid with a thin, unprotected piece of metal, when it's so easy to do. Bottom line, a total loss-- disappointment + waste of money. P.S. I'm adding this a few days later because I checked my other lash curlers and realized that it's not just this one that has rubber only on one of the two surfaces that come in contact with the lashes-- they're all like that, and I just never noticed because the previous ones never hurt. In trying to figure out why this one hurt and others haven't, I've come to the tentative conclusion that it's because the others are so much bigger, that the curve of the curler prevents, for me, the curler from getting close enough to the lid to pinch as this one kept doing unless I was exceedingly careful...and even then I couldn't keep it from pinching. So I guess the difficulty and pain I experienced is due to the nature of half-sized curlers...and maybe I'm a klutz, or just have trouble that might go away with practice. Still, I won't get that practice with this curler, because the fact remains it didn't curl my lashes...and I still haven't figured out why others do, and this doesn't. Meantime, I tried Amazon's BeMyLady usb rechargeable electric eyelash curler and it was really great, so I'll probably stick with that. ... show more

  • Really like
I like this eyelash curler, a lot. Better than the bigger ones. It's easier for me to use esp at the outer corners. I can never grab those with a regular eyelash curler. I'd buy again and may for a friend.

  • Meh
I bought this eyelash curler to curl the short lashes located where my eyebrow begins (near the nose). My Shu Umera eyelash curler is too big to get to those little lashes. This works okay, but I prefer the “Seki Edge Spot Eyelash Curler (SS-600)”. The Seki is easier to hold. Regardless of which eyelash curler you choose, I recommend getting a magnifying mirror to help you see the lashes. It’s easy to pinch yourself, so practice by curling the larger, longer lashes first until you get a feel for where the curler clamps down. I get the best curl with the following: 1. Turn on and preheat an electric eyelash curler 2. Curl majority of lashes with a regular sized eyelash curler like a Shu Umera curler 3. Swipe on a layer of mascara. Clean the brush off and clean it off again before you apply it to your lashes. If you put too much mascara on at once, it’ll be clumpy and hard to iron out. 4. Pick up the heated eyelash curler and apply to the base of the lashes. Wiggle it into the lashes and then slowly bring the heater up towards the top of the lashes. As you near the top of the lash, push the lashes towards your eyelid so you form a “C” shape. 4a. Instead of a heated eyelash curler, you could heat up the metal part of an eyelash curler with your hair dryer and then curl your lashes. Be careful: the metal can become very hot. I recommend heating the metal part up with the hair dryer and then gently touching the metal part to the back of your hand to gauge how hot it is. If you apply a hot curler directly to your eye area and touch your eyelid, your natural reflex will cause you to jolt and you could possible rip some lashes out (double owie). 5. Go in with the Seki curler and curl any little hairs that were missed. Apply a teeny bit of mascara and then go in with a heated eyelash curler to lock in the curl. I find that my lashes won’t hold a curl without using a heated eyelash curler. It’s like trying to curl hair without using a curling iron/heat. ... show more

  • Yes Yes and Yes!
I have short eyelashes and my eye shape makes it hard to use large lash curlers, so these are phenomenal! They curl even the short lashes and they are so easy to use l. There is a wide pad that keeps the eyelashes from breaking off when used. Definitely worth the money!
