  • Working For me Thus Far...
Does what it is supposed to. Worked jumping a completely dead Ford 5.4 liter V8. Motor in good running order just a REAL dead battery. I have same worries as others with storage temperature limits but hope to see if toolbox is better than inside seal cab.

  • Durability and power
I like the durability, sturdiness and power of the unit! Bravo. But there are two negatives which to me are important. First, if the unit requires servicing for whatever reason, you have to remit, I believe, $78.00! up front and mail the unit to the manufacturer and at THEIR option whether to give you a REFURBISHED unit or repair the defective one. If the unit is initially defective then just send me a NEW unit and not send me a REFURBISHED one ( or repair the defect unit ). Basically what is happening here is that you pay good hard earned money for a brand New workable unit but if that unit is defective you are sent a REFURBISHED unit to replace the defective NEW unit! I am not paying top dollar for a REFURBISHED unit. Second, I do not like the power status of the unit being represented by a few bars! I hate those bars! The previous Jump-N- Carry unit I had also used bars but it had a numerical representation in percentages clearing showing …98, 99, 100% power capacity; and not just displaying a few bars! ... show more

  • Try it, YOU’ll LOVE IT!!!
This is a good product to purchase, as I’m a security officer at a hospital and we assist visitors with this model, JNC345. After having used it on several occasions I purchased one for myself and in turned I’ve assisted an individual at a grocery store not long after receiving it, as there were other men on scene with jumper cables having already tried to start this car before I had arrived, told me the battery had no amps. I stated to them to let me try mine, I hooked up my Jump N Carry and it started this car effortlessly. I’m glad I purchased this and do recommend this model JNC345, to anyone that’s in the market looking to buy as it’s a good item to have. ... show more

  • Do your research. Don’t just look at amps!
As a mechanical engineer I try to do my due diligence when it comes to buying products. Don’t be fooled just because an item says 2000 or 3000 amps and therefore think the higher is automatically better. While peak amps are important also look at sustained amperage, cold cranking amps, the weight of the unit (heavier usually means bigger batteries so more reserve) and also the way the electric gets to the battery, ie the gauge thickness of the cable. While this unit is pricey, after spending hours doing my homework on all the jump starter boxes on Amazon, this is by far the best unless you want to get into the $450+ range. ... show more

  • Did not fully charge
I recently purchased a Jump-N-Carry JNC345 on 02/10/22. When I received it on Saturday Feb 12 ,2022. I opened it and took out the manual and read it. On Sunday Feb 13, I pushed the Status/Power button and 3 led lights were lit indicating 75% charge. I plugged it into an a/c outlet using the AC adapter at 8:45 am and it showed as 25% charge #1 one led solid, and 50% charge #2 led blinking, and 75% charge #3 led blinking, #4 not blinking nor lit. So even though it had indicated 75% charge before, it was charging just above 25%. The instructions state on initial purchase that it should be charged for a minimum of 6 hours. I checked back on the unit at 9:30 am, and it had 2 led lights steady, and the 3rd blinking and 4 not lit. At 10:00 am it showed 1, 2, and 3 lit solid, with 4 not blinking nor lit. I left it on charge until 8:45 PM checking it approximately every ½ hour and it never charged more. On Monday I attempted to fully charge it again. I started it at 9:45am and 1, 2, and 3 lit solid with 4 not blinking nor lit. At noon the 4 led still was not blinking nor lit steady. The bottom showed NE05FEB20 to be a manufactured date of Feb 5, 2020, so this unit was more that 2 years old when I received it. I returned it. ... show more

  • Perfect size and power
A high tech Sprinter van needs to be driven to stay charged. This charger is small and powerful to jump my van! Recommended by a FDNY fireman!

  • Was nervous but so far so good!
I was skeptical about purchasing the lithium jump starter but so far so good. My main vehicle is a Hummer H2 with a 6.0 Liter and reason for purchase. I had some issues where I had to jump start the vehicle and this thing jumped it right away. Only wish is leads a bit longer but happy! We use the same brand at a dealership I work for so that gave me some confidence because their full size jump box work well. ... show more

  • Powerful but has to have good battery in vehicle
This is nice and powerful but if the battery is completly junk or missing in the vehicle the override button will not allow you to start the car. Pretty stupid design. Jump boxes are supposed to jump junk batteries right??! Otherwise it is nice but its strange that it has to have some juice in battery to work at all ... show more
