I received this portable power station in March but didn't need to use it until this last week when my car battery died. The power station's battery was defective as it not only wouldn't jump my car battery but the air compressor didn't work either. Bottom line, the power station's battery was defective. I'm past the deadline for action regarding this unit but it seems unfair because you use that power station in an emergency and that timeline isn't always within a short time frame. My car was fine til now. I haven't been able to get a service representative's number or e-mail address. Amazon is no help. I'm out $171.00 and not a happy camper. Update: After contacting Zun Dian because their power station was defective and did not work, they expressed their sincere apologies and stated they would be sending me a new station. They were very courteous and true to their word. The company paid for shipping the previous unit back and within a very short time I received a new power station which works beautifully. Thank you, Zun Dian for your excellent product and customer service. In an age where good customer service is almost non-existent, I was so glad that there are still companies who appreciate their customers and stand behind their products. This comes mostly charged out of the box. You may want to complete charging it after you get it. Not designed to be left plugged in, so you'll need to set an alarm to unplug it. I haven't tried the jump starter feature yet, but the cables seem kinda short. I have used the air compressor to top off my car tires. The pressure gauge is NOT accurate, so you'll still need to have a pressure gauge handy. It was off by 5psi. As can be expected in a portable battery, it's a bit heavy, but the handle is comfortable to carry it with. Update 3/14/2022 I finally got to use the jump start feature. It was extremely easy to connect, turn on, and start. The cables are not very long, maybe 1 foot, so it needs to stay near the battery. Hey parents or loved ones of new drivers on the road! This is a MUST have for those kiddos behind the wheel! My niece just got her license at 17 and although her parents thought she wouldn’t need additional equipment in her vehicle (as she could just call them in case of emergency) I gifted this to her when she had gotten a vehicle. Last weekend, my nieces car battery went out driving home - she grabbed her phone to find that she didn’t have a signal to call her parents. When I gifted her the power station, I had quickly shown her how to hook up the cables to jump the battery and she successfully did that and then proceeded to inflate her front right tire - which was deflating when she pulled over. This device saved everyone’s night from turning into our worst nightmare. I would highly recommend for new drivers (make sure it’s also charged at all times!) ... show more

This was my original review back on March 24, 2023 & re posting it. I bought this product back on February, charged it as recommended and kept on my truck . One day on a very cold morning on the 30's unfortunately my truck won't start. I was so stoked , confident & not worried because I have this Zundian to use for emergency @ this very moment. But it wouldn't charge my truck .Unfortunately, I couldn't return this product anymore because the time limit has passed. I was left with no choice but to donate this Zundian to the salvation army. My old 6in1 broke on me and decided to try something new and different . This device has been fantastic so far. Its cordless, power-independent tire inflation capability has proven extremely convenient. Like every other jumper I get , my examination is to test it on my V8 turbo and without stress it started it at one try.
