Update 5/2024: While using the product it would not shut down. I could not power off using the power on/off button. It got extremely hot. It took my husband to use a screwdriver to push in the power button forcefully to shut it off. I’m not requesting a replacement. On the other hand. It was very good when all was well. I wasn't quite sure what to make of this item because it was so small and lightweight. I saw it used in a YouTube cooking video and thought it would be easy and compact. I was CORRECT! It is unbelievably lightweight, and I didn't believe it could do the work. I was wrong. Then I was concerned because it was rechargeable. I hate cords, so I was willing to give it a chance. It's perfect it really is. You have to remember to charge it, though. After about 5 uses, it was time to recharge in the middle of my cooking, but that was my fault. I forgot to do that, so it took about 2 hours to charge, but I still had my plug-in, so I used that. I bought this mixer to stir milk and Starbucks' instant coffee packs in my commuter cup. It works great and the charge lasts a week or more. However, the lack of a speed-button hampers its usability. The mixer has three speeds: low, medium, high. I only ever need the lowest speed, since at any higher speed, the coffee spins out of the cup. Due to the product's lack of a hardware speed-switch, you have to cycle through the on/off switch, pressing multiple times to reach the higher speeds (which eventually times-out and resets to the slowest speed). I sometimes accidentally press the button twice (only momentarily) where it switches to a higher speed and results in spinning the mixture everywhere. Thankfully, the default speed is the slowest, but I would've gladly paid a few dollars more to gain a speed-switch. That said, it's an excellent alternative to too-weak "foam-whippers" and bulky full-sized hand-mixers better suited to heavy cake batters, and I would still a very highly recommended this mixer for light-duty mixing. ... show more

This little thing has more power than the last mixer I had and it’s less expensive. I use it at work for mixing hair color (yes that other couldn’t even mix hair color) with 3 settings. The nozzles do not work stably. In addition to the fact that the nozzle rotates around its axis, it also rotates in different directions. It’s not convenient that to switch modes you must first turn it off, and then turn it on again to another mode, and so on until the mode you need. On several occasions, the "beating/whipping" action will not work with the mix I wish to stir. Unless it is liquid this is not the tool to use. It is lightweight and rechargeable which are good features. But it is a total MISS as a mixer. Also, the window for return is two short if you don't evaluate this tool immediately. It's a nice hand mixer for small/quick batches. The only complaint is 1) the on/off button is in the wrong spot and you can accidentally turn it off, and 2) binds down when mixing heavy battery like brownies.
