I love the product but I misunderstood when they said grey or brown it was just the curtains. The frame is brownish black and I wanted grey. Also you need as least 2 people to build as the instructions mentioned. It is definitely NOT a one person job. The instructions to build were a bit confusing especially for the roof panels. I would of loved a video of this exact product from the manufacturer. I had to google so many different you tube videos of similar gazebos to find a strategy to make the roof panels fit and easier. But once it was built it looks beautiful and I am looking forward to using it. I just need to see about the rain and how it drains/and or protects my furniture inside. ... show more

The gazebo arrived in 3 heavy boxes, but very well packed with wooden linings, braced with steel, lots of styrofoam and each piece individually wrapped. There was no damage whatsoever. I am very impressed with the engineering and design. The metal is heavy with what looks like a handsome lasting finish (powder coated?) Each part is labeled, and all of the bolts, screws, etc. were well-organized and labeled, packed in a fabric drawstring bag. The massive number of pieces was daunting at first, but the instruction booklet--all drawings--was logical and very helpful. Some details were printed too lightly and difficult to see. During assembly I found that 8 holes were not drilled in the cross beams. Dimples were there, but not the holes. I had to buy a metal bit and drill my own holes. I reported the problem to the manufacturer and they very quickly offered a generous partial refund. The gazebo is sturdy and beautiful. The fabric curtains and screens seem to be heavy-duty. It looks like it would have cost significantly more than the asking price. Time will tell, of course, how well it weathers. ... show more

I'm 80 years old and with the help of my 70 year old friend, we assembled this in about 12 hours over 2 days. When assembling the roof, start in the middle, not the sides. Also, be prepared to clean out holes with a drill if they don't line up perfectly. This is a very well made item but with this many holes and bolts, getting everything to line up perfectly is a challenge so being willing to help things along will make it much easier. Was a pain to put together literally missed a whole step in the instructions but still figured it out without it. Holes don't line up though so hubby has to use self tap screws. Other then that material and sturdiness is good. Nice look!

well-made there is a video on YouTube for the 10x12 and the 10x10 watch them both . Each of them have good points to follow especially assembling the frame . There are areas that you will have to tweak to fit .It took me 15 hours to assemble or 2 days JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND MUST HAVE 2 PEOPLE TO ASEMBLE. ... show more

If you are not an expert in working with tools, nuts, bolts etc this product will make you miserable. You better have a lot of patience, and the know-how to work through many major design flaws. The engineer of this product is my bew worst enemy. This took a total of 24 labor hours to complete. You will bleed, sweat, and you will be yelling obscenities throughout the setup of the product. Here are a few notable issues: 1. Your holes will not line up. Youre going to have to drill through steel and plug the other holes so rain doesnt come through due to design flaws. 2. The directions are only very simple pictures with no words. 3. Once you put your awning up, there is nothing to weigh it down at the bottom or to tie it down so it will just blow blow blow in the wind making the awning completely useless. Do yourself a favor and buy a better product and thank me later. ... show more

Need shade for our deck so we purchased this one. It shipped in 3 boxes and all arrived undamaged. Installation was not horrible at all. There are a lot of pieces but it went together relatively easily. I do suggest that when installing the ceiling tiles, that as you insert one section, you put a bolt in one of the lower holes that will get bolted. This will help hold it in place until all are installed and you begin to install the blocks and bolts. Be patient, some of the pieces will fight you but you can maneuver them into place. Overall, I expected it to be worse than it was. Took two of us 7 hrs. from start to finish. We bolted ours to the decking and have not been through any weather with it. It is not as heavy as I expected it to be and do worry about high winds. We are happy with this purchase and would recommend it over any gazebo with corrugated plastic or polyboard roofing, this metal roof is far more sturdy and provides actual shade! ... show more

So it looks amazing!!! Very well put together. It comes in three large boxes. During delivery you might get the boxes in different days. Definitely you need two people to work on this it would take you roughly anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to get done. Just make sure you have patience.
