Well made, assembles easily with surprisingly few parts, well engineered, slight wiggle but none when driving, folds nicely when not in use, great value. Bike was rock solid when driving. I used to transport mountain bike. Fit perfectly. For the money this was a great deal.

Using for 2 e-bikes, easy to assemble and sturdy. Only downside I can find is you cannot see the tail lights on the truck, probably due to size of bikes/fat tires. So will be purchasing a light kit. Good product and do recommend.

1. I will start with the delivery. On time and fast 2. The features. It’s nice that it drop out of the way to open the back door on the vehicle. 3. Fold up. Great if you need to park and not have this obstacle sticking out. 4. The hooks. Grabs the frame very well. 5. The straps. Are made out of Velcro and not plastic which is a big plus for me. 6. The U-bolt. They provide the U-bolt that helps secure the 2 x 2 pipe from rattling. Very nice. 7. Screw pin. It brings a pin that has threads on one end. So you install if you want to insert into the 2 x 2 pipe of bike rack and then you can put this pin in and thread it on to prevent Someone from easily removing. Well makes it a little more difficult. Not bad, but not for me . I prefer to put a lock on the pin. So this wasn’t a selling point. 8. The last cool feature is that it brings a long strap to secure both bikes . not that it needs it, but it’s nice to know that you have something else to tie down the bikes. OK after building this item and installing it I wasn’t too happy with the release mechanism to fold up or drop down. It turns out that in the center position. in the position to mount the bikes, From this position, the release mechanism will not release, unless you shake the whole rack a little then the Mechanism releases, and you can fold it up or drop it down. From the folded up position, the mechanism works perfect releasing and you are able to put it down. I’m thinking that the internal spring it’s not strong enough. But to be fair with the bikes on the rack it doesn’t take much to release mechanism. So it’s not all that bad. I will say the two pin that need to be remove for this to work are a bit annoying. The pic shows the smaller pin that the safety clip is hard to remove. I may change this pin and clip. Nevertheless after putting the bike on the rack I felt that it’s a well built rack. Could it be better yes. So far I’m happy , I will put it to a test this weekend. Anything else I will report. LOL ... show more

Used for an 87lbs bike, but removed battery, so was a little lighter, 4” fat tire, 26” wheels. Took on a 30 mile test drive on a winding mountain road and was very sturdy with little twisting or bouncing. Took about 30 min to assemble, some time was also getting the right sockets. Tested the tilts and fold up, fairly easy to operate. Seems like the strongest best priced hitch bike rack here. ... show more

I searched for a while and finally found this rack. I was not disappointed when it arrived. It’s solid and holds the bike very firmly. It also can folder up fairly small to fit in my condo storage.

So far so good, no complaints. For what you get for this price is the best value. Under $150 with coupon. This rack has one of the higher weight limits of bike carriers, tilts away from car for access, folds up, it is made for 2 large to medium bikes but can be set up for 1, I just left one set up wheel loops off, and it came with accessories to limit bike/rack wobble.
