Upon receipt, stand upright for 6 hours before starting. The fridge is well-designed to make the best use of the space. The cooling is excellent, ice cubes form rapidly, and the temperature setting on medium (4) provides perfect cooling (38˚-41˚). It runs silently next to my bed. It is large enough to place a large microwave on top of it, the height making it practical. I have a 130 sq. foot room, so maximizing space is critical. The ice tray that is included is a joke. It makes sugar-cubed size cubes, but the freezer will hold a standard ice tray. The freezer is small, so you are limited in what you can fit. It consumes little power. The lighting is great. The door will hold half-gallon-sized cartons, space for six 20-ounce bottles, butter, etc. No buyer's remorse, this model is larger and cheaper than the predecessor. It weighs about 75 pounds, so it is light enough to handle without a dolly. The packaging was adequate and Fed Ex delivered it undamaged. There is no assembly required. The adjustable shelves are taped in place, and it can hold a gallon of milk upright if needed. In summary, it packs all the cooling power of full-sized models, in a small frame, perfect for a dorm or someone like me, renting a room. ... show more

This fridge is bigger than I was expecting! But it's perfect for my needs. I needed it to accommodate a meal service. Here are some things I particularly like about the fridge: 1) nice black color complements my floor! 2) Separate freezer means no melted ice cream, and it is roomy enough for my neck wraps and ice packs. The ice cube tray is hilarious! 3) I love the can holder in the door! It holds 6 cans and they seem to click into place! 4) Crisper drawer 5) movable shelves hold all my meals. Great buy, but I wish it had a freezer shelf. It works well and is light in weight when empty. It did have a golf ball sized dent on the front door when we recoil, but it isn’t too bad that I would return it. All in all, I would purchase again if needed.

Good little refrigerator working very well someone wrote in it was noisy i didn`t find that to be the case its very quiet more quiet than my $3000 high end refrigerator. I have two thermostats in both the freezer and refrigeration to monitor the coldness and its working just find the freezer will go below -0 and the refrigeration is running a bit cooler only because i set it to be cooler. I received it with no dents or damages always a concern when shipping something large, very nice looking . if they had a larger 20 cubic refrigerator I would seriously consider it. I don`t know how the reliability will be but I think its going to be good ..I had Samsung and Whirlpool refrigerators both crapped out and gave me alot of issues and the hassles of fixing it and replacing it. ... show more

Delivery/return/customer service 10/10. Refrigerator works perfectly, fits perfectly. I’m using it as a break room fridge in the office. Smaller than a normal fridge but much larger than a mini fridge. Exactly what it says and how it looks. Freezer is excellent. No issues, I would buy again.

This refrigerator had damage on delivery. When I unpacked the unit a part fell out of the bottom. I plugged the unit in and it never got cold. I put in a request for return but it is too big to put in my car to take to UPS and it will cost over $100 to ship back to California, I live in NY. My advice is to never buy an appliance from amazon. I bought another refrigerator from Home Depot and put the one I bought from amazon out in the trash. Expensive lesson! ... show more

OK, this is going to be somewhat lengthy! We are remodeling an RV and needed to replace the original electric/propane refrigerator that was in there. After much searching we chose this refrigerator. When it arrived, we unboxed it but did not take the outer packaging off of it. That same day, we removed the old refrigerator and put this one in and it was at that time we noticed there were large dents in the freezer and refrigerator doors. I was heartsick because I did not think we would be able to get it replaced. I immediately took pictures and messaged the seller through Amazon. I was told the seller would respond within three days, but I received a reply the next day! I was told not to worry that they would make it right, and they did! I cannot remember the last time I received such amazing customer service from a company, especially an online company! I requested new doors and they sent them to me with no issues! I received them yesterday and quickly unboxed them to make sure that they were in good condition and there were no dents! As far as the refrigerator itself, it looks amazing in the RV, and it cooled quickly and the freezer froze ice in trays quickly. We have not gone camping yet, but working in the RV it does not seem loud at all! It changed the whole look of the RV! I happily recommend this company! ... show more
