Wasn't sure what to expect for an ice maker under a hundred bucks, but this has definitely surprised me with how well it works and makes ice. I love how this thing operates in that it will make ice continuously until it fills up the tray and as soon as you take ice out of the tray it starts making more. If you don't get a chance to use the ice it will continuously recirculate the melted ice water into new ice so you always have fresh ice anytime you want it without having to have a refrigerator or a freezer nearby. In almost 3 weeks of owning it I've only had to put in a total of 2 gallons of water because of this recirculation feature. Because of this though, it worries me a little because it has to work so often the way I use it, but so far I've had no problems with it and I always have fresh ice whenever I want it. Definitely faster and easier than using ice trays. Makes a tray of ice in under 10 minutes. We use it at home and in our RV; it’s very easy to travel with and doesn’t take up much space. I've had this for almost two years now and it works well. There are a couple things worth knowing however. First the water level sensor will not work with distilled or well filtered water as it uses continuity to check that water is present. The second is if you clean the ice holder in a dishwasher don't use heat to dry it as heat will deform it quite easily. Other than that it works great ... show more

It works very efficiently and looks good on my counter; however, I do put it away when not in use. My biggest compliment is for the customer service provided by Euhomy! Over the top great! My plastic ice cube basket broke and they (at a cost to me, though) took care of ordering me a new one. I broke it, so it was really good that they helped me to get a new one, as they normally don't order parts. I purchased this ice maker for my office after they found a cockroach in the communal kitchen area's ice maker. No thank you. This one provided a great price, and the design is very similar to the bigger name brand ice makers. So I purchased it, and it was sent quickly. Outside build quality is great, and it's very simple to setup. It worked flawlessly for 3 months. Then an issue arose with the ice-level sensor. Talked to Customer service, we troubleshooted, and they said to send it back once the send the new unit out. Awesome. 2nd unit arrives, and works flawlessly for about 9 months. Then it decides to give the same error with the ice-level sensor. After a little back in forth, Euhomy agreed that they would either refund me the money, or put it towards another Ice Maker. I decided on the Refund. I love companies that stand behind their products, even when their products fall short of perfect. If you happen to get one that works properly, then you have won out. But if you're on the fence on trying an appliance from a company you don't know too much about, rest assure that their customer service will take care of you. Thank you gain Euhomy. I like that it is easy to use. Cons: 1. Uses too much water to make ice even when you are not using the ice. 2. You have to fill it once everyday 3. We have it set to larger cubes, but it still makes smaller cubes of ice. Pros: 1. Makes ice fast 2. See through lids Overall this is a good ice maker.
