Iordered this item to remove a small crease in a passenger car door. Case supplied is made of heavy weight material and feels very durable. Inside, three pairs of fabric gloves are included. Several glue sticks and a variety of otions for pulling the dent are included. Overall nice consumer level appliance, not something an auto body shop would use.
